We had a wonderful experience and will be returning g to this office specifically in the future! Joanne went above and beyond and was able to figure out what the other office did wrong on last year's returns so we can get that fixed! I didn't want to go back to that office, but still had been happy with Jackson Hewitt otherwise so we decided to give them another shot, this time at the Manzanita location...we are so glad we did and went away feeling great with the whole experience. We didn't expect help with fixing last year's! We will be coming to the Manzanita Jackson Hewitt from now on!

This place is great. I was helped by Sana. I've worked with her before at a previous location. She's great, I always get in and out real quick. She knows what she's doing. I would really recommend her to anyone if they need their taxes done. Trust me, she won't let you down

Natalya did our taxes for the first time this year. She was very thorough, detailed and professional, making sure we understood what she was doing and how she came up with the numbers. She answered all our questions. She also calmly handled an irate customer with another agent while we were there. We will definitely be using her for future taxes and would recommend her highly.
