108 Portola Rd, Portola Valley“My experience at Diablo West Physical Therapy was caused by really debilitating pain and weakness in both legs which turned out to be torqued lumbar vertebrae. Over a period of perhaps six months therapist Lisa Reidle not only resolved the problem, but gave me targeted tools and exercises to help prevent a reoccurrence. I would recommend the facility without reservation. It is well-run, organized and on time, clean, calm, and professional. Also, as a result, very busy. Plan ahead if possible!“

403 Old County Rd #403-B, Belmont“I'm a competitive olympic weightlifter. I sustained multiple grade 2 tears (hip adductor, lower abdominals) during a training session last year. I couldn't even squat an empty barbell for the first month or so following the injury. Feeling hopeless, I contacted Jeff after a recommendation from one of my teammates. He promptly scheduled a call with me for the following day to discuss the injury, and then scheduled me to come in for a consultation. After a bunch of range of motion and strength / pain tests, Jeff gave me a super clear explanation of what exactly was wrong (something the doctor never really did), and his recommended rehab protocol. The first week after I started working with Jeff, the injury took a 180 degree turn and I went from feeling hopeless, to feeling happy and excited. I just did exactly what Jeff prescribed, and each week there was a massive improvement. Throughout the rehab process, Jeff was like a second coach to me. He was constantly checking in on me, giving me lots of positive encouragement and reassurance that I was progressing really well and that I WOULD make a complete recovery.I was back to hitting 90% of my maximum lifts within 2 months post injury (only 1 month after I started my rehab with Jeff!), and 3 months post injury, I ended up hitting new PRs in both the snatch and clean and jerk. I believe this was due to the fact that Jeff's treatment protocol was designed not only to rehab the injury, but also to fix the underlying strength imbalances that likely caused in the injury in the first place. I hope I never get injured again, but if I do, Jeff will be the first person I call.“

501- D Old County Rd, Belmont“This review is long overdue. My daughter (10 years old) has been working with Sonia at Healthy Pelvis for pediatric pelvic physical therapy for constipation and leakage. Physical therapy with Sonia has been so incredibly helpful for my daughter, and it has helped with her understanding, self care and some relief immediately and continues. I can't recommend her enough for any pediatric pelvic issues. She was super helpful at explaining to my daughter how to not hold urine and how to manage some issues that my daughter has been having since she was two years old. She is no longer scared to play at recess or do the activities she loves because she now understands how to manage when and how she needs to go to the bathroom. It is seriously improved the quality of her life. I never realize that my child may actually need to learn/re-learn how to have a bowel movement after going through years of constipation. So helpful.“

501-D Old County Rd, Belmont“This is a review for the Pilates studio which opened in January 2024. The teachers are the PTs from the attached physical therapy office, which really gave me confidence in starting to work out after recovery from a longstanding injury. And the teachers are all consistently excellent -- I believe I've taken classes with all but one and I have never had a class that I didn't come out of feeling amazing. The equipment is extensive -- reformers, chairs, spring board/wall, and all sorts of other devices at the ready -- and kept clean and in great shape. 8 reformers in the studio so classes stay small. It's perfect!!“

He stays up to speed with the literature, personally cared about my healing, and became a great friend in the process. I never thought I’d say this, but I will miss Baysport physical therapy. Keep doing great things, Mike.“

530 Oak Grove Avenue # 102, Menlo Park“Serena is an excellent and very knowledgeable physical therapist. I started seeing her with lower back pain expecting some massaging. But instead, she went right to discover the core of the problem. She examined and analyzed the body as a whole and started treating the route causes with me, which included postnatal PT. I received tailored exercises for different parts of my body, which improved my back pain, and additionally gave me more stability and strength in core supporting muscles as well. I really appreciated her comprehensive perspectives and her focus on long-term improvement, which I can maintain myself by continuously tailored exercising. Thanks so much, Serena! Oh, PS, she is a lovely person too :)“

Ann came to her home and my mom adored her. She has a gift of connecting with people. I told Ann that finding her was truly a blessing. My mom is now walking with a Walker, can get herself out of bed without assistance, using the restroom, and on her way back to her fully independent self. Ann communicated with me as well as my mom and was so responsive. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to Ann’s expertise and kindness!“

As soon as we arrived at the facility, we were immediately assisted. Karina, the director of business development, introduced herself with a big smile and a warm welcome towards us. She told us that she is more than happy to assist us, answer any questions we had about the facility & even offer to give us a tour of the place as well. She was super patient & respectful, which to us was phenomenal. Thanks to Karina's, knowledge and expertise, our family has decided to go with this facility, as the atmosphere and the staff were amazing, Which gave us assurance that this is the right place for our father.“
