“I have been doing Pilates for more than 10 years now, and was super excited to see that Dr. Alyssa had opened up a Pilates studio in conjunction with her physical therapy clinic. I just signed up and have taken my first two classes with Drs. Alyssa and Jess. Both of them were warm and welcoming and did a nice job with queuing. I love that all of their instructors are either physical therapists or people who have done a lot of training in Pilates. The class sizes are also small with a maximum of eight people on reformers in the studio. Additionally, they have a springboard wall and chairs. The studio itself is beautiful. All the equipment is brand new and they have heat/AC. I also appreciate that they're working on building a community feel to the studio, which I feel is missing at so many places. I can't wait to watch the studio grow!“

“For a few months, I have been dealing with biceps tendinitis and shoulder mobility issues. As a result it was effecting my ability to perform both low bar squat and bench press. After exhausting all my options, I decided to go see Jeff for my problem. He quickly diagnosed my problem and find a suitable solution for my issue. After he diagnosed the issue, we put into practice his solution and I was able to see immediate improvements. I was very impressed by the level of expertise Jeff has and the wealth of knowledge that he possesses. With that being said, I am very grateful to have met Jeff. Besides being really good at what he does, Jeff is also a very kind and friendly person. Even after our consultation, he was always ready to answer further questions I had.Thank you very much, Jeff!“

“This review is long overdue. My daughter (10 years old) has been working with Sonia at Healthy Pelvis for pediatric pelvic physical therapy for constipation and leakage. Physical therapy with Sonia has been so incredibly helpful for my daughter, and it has helped with her understanding, self care and some relief immediately and continues. I can't recommend her enough for any pediatric pelvic issues. She was super helpful at explaining to my daughter how to not hold urine and how to manage some issues that my daughter has been having since she was two years old. She is no longer scared to play at recess or do the activities she loves because she now understands how to manage when and how she needs to go to the bathroom. It is seriously improved the quality of her life. I never realize that my child may actually need to learn/re-learn how to have a bowel movement after going through years of constipation. So helpful.“
