“I accidentally sat on my glasses. I drove one mile from my house to the Porter Ranch Walmart Optometry dept. I walked in an sat down where the girl employee was sitting. I told her that I sat on my glasses and badly bent the frames.. She took them into the back room and came out one minute later and my glasses were perfectly straight. NO CHARGE. Very nice friendly girl. Thank you. 5 Stars.“

“I recently managed to partially sit on my glasses. Not enough to break them, but I popped a lens out. I popped it back in. but it wasn't exactly right. I'd seen good Yelp reviews for these guys, so I went in and explained what happened and asked if they could get it in better. I'm going to get new glasses, but not for a while, so these have to last me a while, and then I plan to use these for backups. They were very nice, and fixed it so that lens won't go anywhere. I took one of their cards and they're first on my list when it comes to getting a new pair.“

“I was in Dr. Michael Frisch office this morning at 7:30am 06/20/24 for comprehensive exam. Dr. Michael Frisch is very professional and is very thorough during the exam. He examined my eyes carefully and patiently. He has a good sense of humor. After my exam he showed me the results on the computer screen, spectacle lens, prior years history. They have a beautiful office with latest technology. Office staff, Andrew, Emily and Janice make you feel welcome. They are always very friendly and helpful especially when you have questions regarding your insurance, glasses, etc. Andrew helped me with the selection of glasses while Janice and Emily were attending to customers via phone or working in the computer. I recommend Dr. Michael Frisch and his staff to my friends. 5 stars *****. Thanks so much.“

“I had an emergency and Dr. Demirjian fit me into her schedule. I had a great experience. The environment is stunning and relaxing. Her staff is understanding and low pressure. They don’t try to upsell and pressure you into buying things that you don’t need. I’ve had experiences in the past where I felt misled by pricing and ended up paying a lot more than expected. It’s two streets up from my house in Encino, so I feel blessed to have found a great place so close. I recommend this office.“

The service was good but I wanted to add anti-glare I was quoted $120 for that then when I went to close the order the optometrist said he needed an additional $160 for that feature so the quote went from $120 to $280 just for anti-glare
I could go to America's Best for that kind of features for less money“

“Dr Zeegen is wonderful. Friday evening I had recessive watering if one eye, then within an hour the eye became painful. I went to bed. I woke up Saturday morning with horrible sharp pains in that eye. Very light sensitive, the pain was sharp and excruciating. I called my drs office, which of course was closed. The answering service took my name and number and then called Dr Zeegen, who was on call. I had never met him before. He called me and said he would meet me. He gave my eye a thorough exam, noted extreme swelling inside which was causing the pain, administered drops, prescribed eye drops. Every hour for 2 days. It turns out my problem was a reaction to the RVS vaccination I had late in the prior day.He was so good with me. I was scared and in pain. He calmed me, examined me and prescribed the right mediation. By the next morning I was much better, and continuing to improve.“

“Had appt today and received a very friendly welcome from the receptionist (I forgot her name). She explained next steps and also gave me the email to send my Rx to. I got seen within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment. I was bring my glasses Rx To be filled and wanted new daily glasses in addition to be fitted for Pair Eyewear. Cathy assisted me and was very professional and patient all my questions. She assisted me with my insurance as well as explain the discounts offered to maximize my coverage. Keeley was an Optician that also assisted me and was very friendly and reviewed with me my order to confirm it was accurate. I had a great experience at this location and will definitely return for my eyewear needs.“

“Redeveloped property in Mission Hills. On the corner of Sepulveda Blvd and Devonshire. The revamp made it more inviting, looking posh and clean. Outdoor mall with plenty of shops from dining, shopping, gym and a bank. Plenty of parking - front and back. It is visible from 405 freeway, drivable from 118 freeway, walking distance from the residents nearby and bikeable too. What's missing though is a charging station. I didn't see any. “Discovered the office through my insurance. Very pleasant experience overall for an eye exam. Easy parking/access. I had Dr. Leser take care of me, he was really kind and was really informative. It actually felt like he cared and want to make sure the patients are educated on their eye health. The receptionists were very friendly as well. They were helpful and understanding of my budget for lenses and frames, didn't try to push for anything more than what I needed. Great experience!“
