Best experience. They were so attentive and the doctor explained everything and all the questions I had. The ladies in the front also helped me picked out so glasses for like 10 minutes. Very great staff and customer service.

Visionmax in Porter Ranch thoroughly have their act together. They are pleasant, attentive and are truly know how to take care of their clients. The optometrist can figure out how hat I need and seems to be able to work 3 steps ahead. When I picked up my reading glasses and took them home, I realized that the glasses are not magnified enough. They saw me a couple of days later and spent time retesting the lenses. They are replacing them for free. We also discovered that one of my eyes improved and I needed different lenses. Worth every penny! Great service and quick as well. Came for my first exam in a decade and they had me in-n-out in less than an hour. I also brought my own glasses and the transition lenses they put on them work great. Very happy customer over here and highly recommend this place.
