I am very pleased with my first order. I'm not from Northern CA, so I took a huge risk locating and ordering a floral boutique that was going to meet my expectations. As a matter of fact, the owner exceeded my expectations. She was very prompt with her responses. The transaction and delivery were also smooth as it can be. I requested a specific custom arrangement, and she delivered! I ordered a deluxe arrangement with a note included. 10/10 would recommend. I always admire floral boutiques who have their own identity and taste that differ from typical floral shops. I am happy I went with this local business versus a standard online flower shop.

After receiving two deliveries as gifts from this shop, I finally placed my first order. The online ordering process couldn't have been easier, the response time couldn't have been quicker, and the arrangement couldn't have been prettier and more full. Immediately, the shop confirmed my order via text, then sent an early morning text with a photo of the finished arrangement, and texted again to notify me when the flowers were delivered. This florist is amazing and efficient and an incredible designer.
