Incredible gym. Very open and spacious, with very neatly laid out space for machines, weights, stretching, classes and more. On a recent trip to Nor Cal/East Bay, I stayed at the adjacent DoubleTree hotel, which gives guests access to the Bay Club. I was quite impressed. Very clean gym, has a cafe, and saw very few to no machines out of order. Wish they had a gym like this where I lived!
I have been to many Bay Clubs and this is by far the nicest. For one thing it's huge so they pretty much have everything you would want except golf. The fitness classes and instructors are exceptional. Facility equipment is also modern and plentiful for any kind of workout and it's always kept clean. I highly recommend this club.
I love this club so much! I have a trainer named Dylan and he is fantastic! I prefer weight machines and free weights. I could not be happier. Great machines - mostly available even during busy times. Dylan is a great trainer who pushes me to do more each time. I have been making great progress and definitely notice the difference. I wish I had started a year or two ago! My only recommendation for the club is to get more fans. I love the giant ceiling fans - but there could be more. Have pilates classes at more times for working people. Most seem to be during the day and the times never work for me.
