“Kashmir is the absolute BEST!I've moved to different cities in the Bay Area and I still drive 45mins to see her. I've been coming for waxing and facials religiously for about 6 years now. She cleans everything very well between appointments so when you come in, everything is spotless. You lay down in this bed that has different settings for your comfort. I'm 8 months pregnant now and I we found a comfortable position to get my waxing and facial in. I usually wear a strapless dress so I don't have to change. But she has the little gown to cover up and be comfortable. Her sessions vary depending on your facial. The facial consists of extractions, amazing smelling products (I'm pregnant and still love them hahah) and a massage! PLUS the therapy chat if you like to talk like me (Not included in the price LOL). She is so good at adjusting to your personality. Sometimes I'm talking and some times I'm more quiet and she's so good at reading people and adjusting to your preference. I just love her :')! Then at the end you get water and you can ask her for any suggestions or products you need. She has such a sweet, calm personality but also she's super funny! As I've shared on my yelp review before, once you go Cashmere, you never go back!!! Go treat yourself! Keep in mind that I'm pregnant and have gone through a lot of hormone changes! But you can still see how clear my skin is! I use the products Kashmir has at her salon: Face wash, toner & moisturizer. I use brightener & the other oil she recommended as needed! If my skin is too dry, I add the oil to the moisturizer. If my skin has little spots, I use the brightener etc! “Charming salon in a safe, easy-to-access location. Customer service is quick, pleasant, and across the board from all staff members. You are welcomed with a sea of smiles, basket of quality treats, and a "help yourself" fridge of various libations. I've been in twice thus far and planning a third trip, always with an appointment. My mani/pedis have been well done each time. The spa is clean, ample, modern, and relaxing. Pricing is standard for the area as well. Avalon Nail Spa clientele are just as sweet as the staff, hands down. Frequent flyer couple with their out-of-state daughter visiting home paid for our services on their way out the door. Who does that in 2024...? Answer: beautiful, happy, generous angels who are in a warm, friendly space surrounded by like-minded spirits. Grateful. Haven't used the restroom or needed conflict/complaint resolution, so no comments there but I don't expect any surprises if I do. All positive. Off-the-street parking is also a plus.“

“I've been getting my brows done here for a few years and absolutely love it. They truly make it into an experience, with relaxing music and refreshments. The estheticians here are so attentive and keep me informed on every step. It's not as mentioned here on yelp but I really recommend spavia's waxing services! I'll have to come back for a facial or massage sometime soon!“
