The Hydra-facial equipment Joanne uses is authentic, sold by the Hydra-facial manufacturer. I found that there were quite a few "copycat" machines being used and marketed as hydra facials but not the authentic machines. The patented hydra facial machine and procedure is amazing and actually deep cleans your face while adding nutrients and emollients tailored by Joanne for each individual client. My skin tends to be dry in some areas and has a tendency to be blotchy and this procedure has given me results that have far surpassed my expectations. Joanne is not only knowledgeable about skin and cosmetic procedures of all kinds but it is a delight to be in her presence.
