“I have an intelligent, purebred Rottweiler puppy. She started showing a lot of willfulness and was really testing my place as pack leader. I enrolled her in the boarding/training program and she came back a new dog! Both neighbors and strangers now stop and compliment me on how well behaved she is. The follow up one-on-one sessions are also incredible, really helps both my dog and myself stay on track so we can have a great relationship and enjoy leaving the house and exploring our town together. “Fantastic company, services, and prices. My dog is a nervous wreck when being handled by anyone else except for Tara. The first meeting tara approached my dog calmly with a softer voice. Sadie wagged her nervous tail and slowly warmed up but was still hesitant. Since the initial meeting sadie is excited to see tara when its time to be picked up. After the services sadie is very calm and relaxed. And i even get a report with photos and you can clearly see sadie soo happy on her excursions. I would give more stars if i could! this is one dope company!!!!“

“This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn't used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn't bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn't normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo's tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.“

“This review is for the puppy 1 and puppy 2 classes at Walnut Creek pet food express taught by Keri. We signed up our shepherd mix puppy for Puppy 1 class and we were very impressed by the teaching tactics and results that we got for our dog. Keri was friendly and very knowledgeable and was a great trainer for both my husband and I as well as our puppy. We signed up for the second class level soon after completing the first. Our dog just graduated puppy 2 and I wanted to write a glowing review for both Keri and the pet food express staff. I highly recommend spending the money to making your dog better for life!“

“A few years back, trained my wonderful dog “Indy” here. Efficient and effective, plus, they truly cared about the dogs and the results!“

“We recently moved to the area and I've had difficulty finding a vet who will accept new patients and isn't too far from home. I called the office early this morning and was greeted by a very warm receptionist who was eager to help. My dog developed a sudden limp and I was hoping he'd be able to be seen the same day (which I figured was wishful thinking, especially as a new patient). She was able to ask the vet if we could be squeezed in, and Dr. Jimison agreed to see our dog, Chowder. He did a very thorough exam and called me with his findings. He didn't think an x-ray was necessary and suspected a soft tissue injury. To have a vet rely on physical exam findings and not extensive testing was refreshing, and speaks to his competency. We discussed medication options and he tweaked his recommendation to adjust to the medications we already had at home. He even suggested generic options to help save on cost -- how nice! The total charge was so low, I was shocked. I am so very pleased to have my animals be patients here, from start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Dr. Jimison and staff!“

This stressed me and my dog out, but when she treated his ears, she was absolutely wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate.“
