I LOVE the Escape Day Spa Playa location. The staff is wonderful and omg Paola! She is a godsend! She took my acne filled skin and turned it into clean and smooth healthy looking skin. She works wonders and always has really good advice. I will only trust my skin to Paola and her magic skills.
This place has great customer service! I was greeted warmly by Mike, and he assisted me with such good energy. He was patient and honest with several frames that I tried on. I ended up falling in love with a pair of Chanel frames and booked an appointment for an exam. I was even able to easily reschedule my appointment via text. On the day of my exam, Mike was again so kind to me and my daughters. His professionalism and kindness is so appreciated. My new glasses were ready in only 5 business days! Upon returning for the third time, Mike was there with his usual welcoming smile and promptly delivered my beautiful glasses. He's the best and I would highly recommend working with him.
Great place! I have been coming for years, my nails always look beautiful. Very accommodating and everyone is so friendly. I tried the gel, dip and hard gel and all are good quality.

I have been going to Beaut Nail Spa since Covid and I can't be happier to have found this place. Since day one, I have never had an issue with the service, with my nails, pedicures, etc. I love the area and all of the staff I have dealt with have been so wonderful. The girl I originally started with left to go to school, so I have been going to Kayla ever since, and OMGGGGG, she is the absolute BEST! She takes her time to ensure that everything is perfect from your cuticles to your polish. She is AMAZING at both regular and GelX nails as well as pedicures. You will not go wrong with Kayla. Since I started wearing the GelX nails, she doesn't do my pedicures anymore, Vee does, and she is AMAZING too. My toes always look perfect after getting my pedicure with Vee. I have also gotten my pedicures done by Nancy and Vicky who are also AMAZING. All of these ladies are so incredibly sweet, and I never have to worry about any of them working on me because the service is top notch, and I know they will have my nails and feet looking GREAT when I walk out. They also have a VAST ARRAY of colors, so you will not have an issue with looking for any color. Beaut Nail Spa has the absolute BEST color choices I have ever seen, and I have been getting my nails done for years, but never have I seen a nail spa with this many color choices. If you're looking for a great nail spa, Beaut without the 'y' is where you should go, you will not be disappointed!!
Whoever the 2 ladies were working Sunday night 11/10 were both saints. They were so kind and accommodating and stayed late so that my girl could get taken care of. They were patient and so generous. Feeling really thankful we found them.
