I have been going to the Playa Vista Escape Day Spa since I moved here in early October. At the end of a six day cross country trip from New Jersey to avoid the trauma of flying my dog, I needed some stress relief. After one hour with Flavia, my neck and back felt incredible. I recommend the Spa - it’s a lovely spot located just across from Concert Park. Be sure to ask for Flavia!

Natassja is incredibly responsive and very professional. I told her about my shoulder surgery and how I had rotator cuff surgery done a few years ago and that I needed her to open up the joint. She gave me a deep tissue massage that was incredibly helpful for increased mobility. I have a lot of scar tissue so she was able to work through that. Of course, I knew it was going to be painful because it is very difficult to break up all of that scar tissue. She then went to work on the other parts of my body and did so with just amazing feminine energy.
