He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient explaining my options and I chose to do a pipe burst and new liner for my entire sewer line from the outside to the middle of the street. I called them on a Saturday even though Yelp said they were closed and someone answered. Joey came out within an hour to diagnose our issue, made recommendations and gave us a quote.
