We have been visiting the office since 2019 As a parent of two kids, it's reassuring to know that my child is in capable and caring hands. From the initial consultation to every follow-up visit, has been exceptional. Their warm and gentle approach puts my child at ease, making even the most nervous of visits a breeze.

The office staff especially Nurse Anne is also friendly and efficient to make my children comfortable and getting test results a seamless process.“

“I had to have a core needle biopsy. Thank goodness I was directed to the imaging center at John Muir in Walnut Creek I was impressed with the concern and care I received from the time I arrived at the center. Of course I am 80 and everyone looks young to me, but these technicians and doctors are fully prepared to handle the scary part of having a breast biopsy for cancer. Joann was my technician and in my estimation, they do not come any better Not only is she extremely competent and professional, but her sincere care and awareness of my emotions, was refreshing. She continually reassured me everything will be fine and that Dr. Chen was really really good in doing the biopsy. I didn't have any discomfort and things moved along very quickly. So glad other women will have the opportunity to have such a wonderful experience in such an emotional and scary situation . Thank you team, I'm grateful for your care.“

“If god forbid you are in need of vascular, cardiac or thoracic surgery this is the place to go to! This group of surgeons are the most caring and knowledgeable group I have EVER seen! They take care of every patient like they are their own family members. They spend so much time explaining the procedure, following up and keeping the family informed during the entire process. “This 5-star review is for Delta Fair Pediatrics. Initially, we had an appointment for my son's immunizations later in the afternoon, however, we came too early. Asked the receptionist if she will be able to let accommodate us, as we have miscalculated our travel and plans for the day. The receptionist, (I should have asked for her name), was able to call the nurse and was able to help us out. So we were seen, right after that. The nurse who gave the shots to my son had such a pleasing personality that my son was able to feel at ease, and he barely felt them. Mind you, he received 3 shots. She was able to give us an option, if we would like it administered in the arms or the legs, depending on his activities. We were out in no time, she let us know what to expect and what we can give in case, my son develops a fever or became too sore. I recommend Delta Fair pediatrics!“

“Dr. Brian D. Hopkins, MD is the Joe Montana of surgeons. I have stage IV bladder cancer and he performed excellently when he operated on me. When I had the same surgery six months ago it took me six weeks to recover. With Hopkins it took me two days and I feel like a new person. BASS can expect to win plenty of Super Bowl games since they drafted Hopkins at QB.“
