Today I had the most amazing MRI and being claustrophobic I never thought I would say that. Crystal at desk was so pleasant and kind. I was taken back to the MRI area by Nay who ensured I was comfortable and well informed prior to leading me into what appeared to be a spa suite! The MRI machine is a Philips Ambient. The lighting was calming and changed colours. Prior to being slid into the machine, Nay placed a special headband that had a mirror angled so I could watch a projection on the wall of beautiful landscapes and adorable pandas! Dr. Kramer is my Pulmonologist. She is extremely knowledgeable and always explains my condition, treatment and options. She is clear, articulate and compassionate. Her office is excellent and always willing to help.

Dr. Arzamendi is by far, the most caring, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable doctor I have had in a very long time. I never feel rushed, she gives detailed explanations in a way I can understand, makes sure all her instructions are written out clearly in her patient summary, and gets back to you quickly with My Health concerns. I feel so fortunate to have found her!!
