“I went to Dr Alexandra with a shoulder issue that came up after training. I could barely raise it. She was able to alleviate the pain through her stretching techniques and deep tissue massage. After the first session I was pretty much 75% pain-free and mobility was improved greatly. More importantly, she was very helpful in pinpointing different areas that are causing the pain in the shoulder. Very impressed with her knowledge and she her approach on body wellness. “I was in a car accident in 2022- I had a tbi and whip lash injuries affecting atlas and c2- I went to brain injury rehab and many neck and spine specialists before finding Dr David Vasquez- almost 2 years after the accident I finally started getting lasting relief from his treatment.
