“Love working with Dr. Alexandra! It is so nice when you get to work with a practitioner who truly cares about your long term health. Alexandra is very knowledgable about the body and I also enjoy hearing the experiences she has been through with her own health journey and how she went from dealing with chronic pain to living free in her body. Every time I have a session I learn something new about my body and what it needs. Each time I go I usually will have one of two preferences, needing body work and a great adjustment that leaves my body feeling relaxed and restored. In the past, I have had chiropractors adjust me quick and rapidly without any myofascial release beforehand and I always end up with significant rebound pain or headaches and that never happens with Dr. Alexandra. The second preference is going in ready to learn and take home exercises that will help my body long term. She is very knowledgable about how to get the body unstuck and strong. “Dr. Glimpse and his staff are amazing! Not only was he able to give me relief and on an old neck injury, he performed exercises to help strengthen my rotator cuff on one side. He works on the areas that need attention and teaches you how to do the exercises at home between appointments. Dr. Glimpse is avid about making sure you are seeing results from his treatments. After just a few appointments, I am scheduling out further and further for maintenance. He wants to see improvement instead of keeping you coming in more than needed. Highly recommend!“

“Dr. Hadjiyane is a miracle worker. I walked in hunched and barely able to walk from lower back pain. After a painless 30 minutes, I was upright and pain free. My lower back pain is ongoing, so its not the end of the story, but I can verify that Dr. Hedjiyane knows what he's doing in treating back pain. In addition, he gave me several exercises to apply at home to strengthen my lower back and keep the pain at bay. I've been doing these exercises several times a week and notice the improvement. My back pain will flair when I exert my back without bending my knees and taking care. I do that about 2 or 3 times a year. So, I'll be back with Dr. Hidjiyane with severe pain, but the gaps between pain are wider and less severe with his good work.“

“Dr. Rosplock is a kind, soft spoken human who is a great communicator. He let's you know exactly what is going to happen next so there are no surprises. He does a thorough job of evaluating your circumstances before proceeding with treatment. His adjustments are nuanced and he's one of the best neck adjusters I've had. Highly recommended. It's a one-man office so he is the only one there so scheduling might require a callback.“

“Dr. Valerie Lyon is the best Chiropractor I have been to. She is SO thorough. I have been to a few other chiropractors that don't ask questions, do some quick cracks on your back, and quickly move on to the next client. In my experience here, this is totally not the case. Dr. Lyon is extremely thorough, extremely kind, and also has given me great recommendations to prevent misalignment. She has taken time to get to know me and asks thorough questions to figure out potential causes for the kinks in my neck. I do not feel like "just another client" and do not feel rushed.
