“Since changing pediatrics for both kids I could not be happier. Dr Strelitz is beyond amazing and makes me feel very comfortable and understood. It's hard finding someone who will listen even to the smallest concerns. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my kids are healthy and safe.“
“Efficient and excellent. Had a concerning lump on my forehead that I didn't want to have drag through Kaiser's system to get checked out. On the first consultation appointment, we decided to just pop it off then and there, and then send it off to be biopsied. Thankfully results came back as all clear, but wow! Was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Browne and her team are incredibly professional, and know what they're doing. Saved a ton of time and money compared to what Kaiser would have been to get the same result.“
“We are not located at the address Google is listing and we are getting rejected with the address change. We are located in NEVADA CITY, CA .“
“I wish I could give more stars...... I am not sure if one has to be a Kaiser member to use this center or not, but after hearing horrid things about this place I decided to check it out for my self since my policy offered financial insentive if I use this facility. I wanted to see for myself before I went ahead and forgo the $$ and take a pass on the financial insentive.... The reviews I have heard were SO WRONG!! I have had nothing but exceptional service. The entire staff is very friendly and I truly get a feeling that they actually care about me! I feel the financial insentive was just an added bonus to the great service and care I recieved and continue to receive at this facility. I even got my friend to transfer to the Hearing aid center and she has been happy there as well. ...“
“Very highly recommended! Great staff and excellent service. Dr. Eduardo is awesome. I had a great experience. Thank you!“
“Dr.Daniel Lee is a TOP NOTCH Doctor. He appears not to be in a rush to do his doctor's duties. That gives me the feeling that he cares about my well-being.“
“I stated to see Dr Chiu because of brain fog, occipital neuralgia and gut issues. I started to see him when I was 60 years old. My Mom died of dementia and I was worried I was headed in the direction. My journey started with him in late 2018 and continued early in 2019. At that time my first consultation was $500 for 60 minutes, then a 25 minutes appointment was $300. He did raise those prices while I was still getting treated. He was wonderful, compassionate, and heard my issues like no doctor had ever done. I often got teary eyed when he would give me feedback because I was so desperate. Financially, it was a huge strain. He recommended I do the 5 day Brain Save Program, which was $4995.00, the MBCW 12 week treatment plan for $1,995.00. I did both programs and bought all the supplements that he recommended. I did an elimination date for 30 days right off the bat, which made a tremendous difference. My gut was a mess. The 12 week treatment included infrared light treatment, oxygen treatment and some kind of vibration therapy, and the sauna treatment. I loved everything about my time spent there. I definitely spent over $10,000 in the few months I saw him. The treatment dropped off after the conclusion of my MBCW 12 week SESSION. I don't know how I dropped off, because he said they would follow up with me to see how I was doing. At the end he got my results of my GI MAP test $525, and my SIBO test, $345, and gave me the print out of both tests, but I never got a explanation from him because honestly, his $500+ office visit was just more than I could afford for the test explanation. Sorry I didn't do that, but I can't imagine how much he charges now. He works mostly, I felt like, with concussion patients when I was there. Most of the people I spoke to while we were there together had some brain trauma. I found all of my issue cleared up once I cleared my gut issues up. He is also a chiropractor, and I saw him for a few sessions, which were wonderful. Initially we thought my occipital pain came from inflammation, so I had hoped me changing my diet would help, but I had an extreme painful neuralgia during my treatment with him. I have now found out that it's a posture issue, which I found out through process of elimination. It was a once in a lifetime treatment for me because of the cost, and fortunately, my brain fog and gut issues went away with my change of diet. For me, I probably could have seen just a function medicine doctor and had a similar result. Now that I have educated myself more on gut issues, brain fog is a very common symptom for gut issues.“
“DR. CHOW, IS GRACIOUS, AND COMPASSIONATE. PR PPPRPRPROFESSIONAL,ANCOMPASSIONATE COMPASSIONATE“
“These folks are great! They took care of my Dad when he was discharged from the hospital after his back surgery. They were always professional and courteous and always on time! I even referred my neighbor's uncle to them and the were also extremely pleased with their services. Special mentions to Naomi one of the nurses and Lana the physical therapist. I never got to meet her but Naheed is their administrator and she is so kind and made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. You can't go wrong with Comprehensive Home Health Care. They really are the best!“
“I not only avoided two surgeries (which had been the only treatments suggested by doctors when using my regular health plan and insurance), but uncovered how different health issues I’m having were inter-related - being caused or exacerbated by each other. So, for example, the treatments ordered by my orthopedic joint doctor for tissue tears can be problematic with anemia and elevated blood glucose levels, and likely counterproductive to success with surgery advised by my orthopedic foot doctor. Each of the (excellent) doctors in the business-as-usual healthcare practices and facilities covered by insurance mostly treats conditions and body parts discretely - even the PCP’s, who are supposed to have an overview and to act as a kind of conductor. This is made worse by the processes used and needed to shepherd people through that whole system. In other words, in this instance, if I’d followed the advice and insurance-approved treatments, the results could have been anywhere from pointless and ineffective to creating more damage.“
“My experience with Hearing Services was excellent. The office receptionist was very pleasant and Dr. Denise Martin was very professional and thorough in explaining my condition. I felt that I was given a very good evaluation.“
“I saw Dr. Stock yesterday. She is very professional, knowledgeable and informative.Made me feel at ease and happy that I was being treated by an expert. If you need a dermatologist, I highly recommend her. Overall, outstanding experience.“
“They helped me get a fast appointment for a pill refill and able to get an appointment so I can be seen by a doctor.. and the doctor a very nice one And the girls t the front desk.“
“Every ER has it's wait times and with all the nasty cold and coughs going around me daughter and I visited twice in one week. Every staff member was compassionate and committed to helping us both feel better and discharged as soon as possible. Thanks Sutter!“
“Amazing care from a team of good doctors! Everything in one place (lab, x-ray, pharmacy, vaccine injections) so you don’t have to run around. Plus it’s newly built and small enough to be friendly. Easy to park too.“
“Pro: usually short wait in cue line, free parking, public restrooms nearby, pharmacy on site.
Con: the appt email said to go checkin at 1 counter but when went there they said to go checkin at different counter. Earliest physical appt was 8:30am, I'd be interested in earlier times or weekend times if were available similar to lab hours. Doctors occasionally prescribe over the counter medicines but even as over the counter kaiser won't just mail them to you like your other prescriptions so maybe it'd be better if there was a notice next to when over the counter meds get prescribed that just says "go to any pharmacy out of pocket" or something.“
“Tova Mannis is the literally best doctor I've had at Kaiser in my almost 70 years of being a member (if you count being born there in 1954). I've been raving about her to everyone. She listens, is open minded, is always cheerful, takes time to explain things (very clearly), and is very thorough.“
“What a great experience! I have been sick as a dog and needed to go to urgent care to get some relief from my symptoms. Everybody at the facility in Orinda was amazing, competent, caring, and thorough. I am highly impressed! Sauna, who was the person at the front desk was super helpful and clearly explained the process for me to see someone. I came in with a very bad cough and cold and because these could be signs of Covid, she explained that I needed to be seen outdoors by the staff. All I had to do is drive around to the back parking lot where they had set up tents for the staff to see the patients.. Stephanie was the intake nurse and she was great. And probably the biggest shout out should go to Dr. Bueno. He was super thorough and insisted I get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and wanted me to get a strep throat culture taken as well as Covid test. Within a very short time, all my tests were completed and the results came back. Dr. Bueno got me prescriptions to alleviate my symptoms. He is a fantastic doctor and was very reassuring that I would be on the road to recovery soon. Not that I wanna be sick, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Sutter urgent care in Orinda,.“
“The staff have been responsive and friendly. The doctor has great bedside manner. They got me diagnosed and on the way to improvement before a different office could even get me an appointment.“
