“Even though Appleseed Consulting does not even work on the issue i was having, and they were sent an automatic email through the Yelp system that sends the same business bid request to any business it thinks might fit the need, they still took the time to not only answer, but to also give me tips on what diretion to head in to try to solve my problem. i wanted to give them a review because to me, this is a top notch, amazing business that does something like this, and takes time to go out of their way to help someone even knowing it isn't goig to bring them any business/money. So my 5 stars are about who the people are behind this business. i have NO DOUBT that if you have a need this company actually works on, they will treat you with above and beyond respect, integrity, and great customer service! “Excellent service at a reasonable price. I had the misfortune to have both my main desktop and my laptop go down almost simultaneously. My primary interest was in data recovery from both hard drives. Long story short, Art got all of the data from the two drives, plus one we had been hanging on to for several years. He was also able to revive the laptop and install a new solid state hard drive. The entire cost was less than I had been quoted elsewhere for data recovery for a single drive. Highly recommended!!“

“As good as it gets. My Mac Super Star is Chris Harnish. I had a long laundry list of Mac challenges. For months, I'd read Chris' newsletter and knew he was legit and resourceful. I made an appt - one of my best ideas! Chris is very knowledgeable, calm, cool and communicates perfectly. He taught me a few things, cleaned up my external hard drive and a slew of "challenges" and my Mac is happier for it. Me, too. He does remote appointments as well as onsite.
