I live in Yorba Linda, city inspectors there are notorious for be EXTREMELY picky. Looking at the plastering done by the electrician, inspector said "remove this mess and do it again". Richard and his crew came out, removed all the bad work the electrician had done and re-did everything. When the inspector returned he said "this is perfect, whoever did this is a real professional".
