“I highly recommend Stephens Brothers! Don't let those tattooed faces fool you these guys know what they are doing. We chose them based on the fact that during our estimate they knew the answers to all of our questions and concerns with building our ADU. There estimate also was one of the better ones as far as price and was more detailed then the others. The hardest part of the whole process was waiting on the city for approval and permitting which is out of there hands and they had communicated that with us and this would be the case. There communication was acceptable to me during the almost 1 year it took for the city process, you have to remember it's out of there hands and these guys are super busy with projects that are already under way and in the building process. Once the permits were approved and building could start these guys are all over it, I was a little worried about them having only a 4 man crew but these guys are so efficient with there planning and building and there communication during the build was excellent the time frame for our build was about 3 months to completion and we had issues on materials due to these crazy times and they were still able to complete it in the timeframe we had talked about. The thing I like most about Stephens Brothers Construction is there finishes, there trim work and attention to the details are the best I have seen. I want to add that the biggest worry most people have including myself with contractors is money, believe it or not this was not the case with them. They stuck to there payment schedule and never asked for advance on payment and to be honest most the time I had to chase them around my yard and make them take my check. You can tell they pay there bills and subs because we never had any material issues from the suppliers and all there subs had nothing but great things to say about them, you can tell they have family like relationships with them. I should have wrote this review a lot sooner but I'm lazy. It has been a few months since our project with them has been completed and this morning I woke up to a water leak at the shut off valve for our ADU so I called them just for advice on what to do and within an hour Jeff was pulling up and digging up the front yard to help us out and see what happened. Let me say they are in the middle of building a retaining wall on another project so he left that to come help our family. This is a different level of caring for a customer let alone a past client. The issue ended up being a defective schedule 80 valve that split open from the water pressure so it's just a freak thing that happened. For them to come back and even just care is awesome and sparked my lazy a** to write a review and let others know how good they are at not only building during our project but also having my family's back when we are no longer clients! I Highly recommend Stephens Brothers Construction they will be the only contractor I higher from now on for any projects we have and also any projects my friends and family have.“

“If looking for quality, this is who to call! We needed to replace our badly damaged thatch, and considered many different options. We called to get an estimate and George came at our convenience. It turns out, he had originally built our Palapa. He didn't recommend the thatch, and suggested a synthetic grass instead for durability. In less than 2 weeks after making our decision, in just 6 hours our beautiful palapa has been restored!“

“This company is awesome! We were in a bit of a panic when we came home to water throughout our kitchen due to a broken line in our refrigerator. The water had traveled to an adjoining room that had carpet and it was soaked! They were wonderful assuring us not to worry they can get our house back to original. “I had an excellent experience with Prime Plumbing! Dana and his team arrived on time and were professional. We had a leak coming up from our kitchen floor which Dana was able to determine was a slab leak. He was able to locate exactly where the leak was coming from which reduced the cost, time and amount of work that needed to be done. He also does his own drywall repair which the other quotes we got refused to do. One-stop shop! Thanks Dana and his team for taking care of this in a timely and professional manner. Definitely using these guys for any other plumbing issues my new home might encounter.“

“If you are looking for a great group of people to work with, look no further. Jordan and his group are amazing people. My mom has been in an insurance battle for 18 months. She had a leak in her kitchen and her insurance company, who to this day has not been to her house. They sent out a company to access and we were told they were coming to take out her kitchen flooring and ONE cabinet. They came out and gutted her entire kitchen, down to the beams on the floor, not to mention left all the mess throughout her house. My mom is 81 years old and utilizes a walker to get around. This situation is heartbreaking to say the least. We were put in contact with Jordan and from the moment he came to access the situation, he knew it was going to be a challenge but, took on the job. The challenge was, and still is the insurance company. For the last 18 months, Jordan and his team did everything they could to get this resolved with the insurance company but, insurance was not cooperating. We now have a legal battle but, were able to get some funds to try to put my moms life back together. With the funds, which isnt nearly enough yet, Jordan didn't run...lol. Jordan and his team are putting together a creative plan to put together a kitchen for my mom. This group of people are amazing. They have been adopted into our family and will be getting a Christmas invite to celebrate once the kitchen is done. I will update when its put together.“

“I had a very good experience with Hero, and especially David Leon was very helpful and always available.Considering the multiple subcontractors, he did a great job, I had some minor issues with the way I needed things done, and David went the extra mile.They did extra duty to match colors in the house, even when I said the stock color was good enough (the color had changed from the vendor over the years) and insisted in getting custom matched color that came out great.Also my wife is home soon from a heart transplant, and there can be no dust at all in the house, since transplant patients are very sensitive to anything in their lungs.Even though the drywall repair was minimal, David bought 4 brand new HEPA air filters to ensure no issues, again above and beyond.Finally even though I have great insurance (these repairs from a water leak), you know the insurance companies always lowball, and Hero negotiated a much more realistic price and got me the quality and experience I had hoped for. I would recommend them to anyone, and especially David Leon, he was the face of the company and was exemplary.“

“Called West Coast MHI. For plumbing and drywall repairs after 2 handyman left me hanging. They were able to schedule me quickly and Robert showed up on time and completed all work as ordered. He and partner also prepped and cleaned up fairly well. I would definitely use West Coast MHI for future projects.“

“Super knowledgeable, true craftsmen, This is my second time working with Julz Corp. They installed both my bathroom and kitchen cabinets. I absolutely love them. My house is older, and the walls , floors and the ceiling are not level. You need an experienced cabinet installer to deal with these things and Jesse is a MASTER! I'm so picky and hard to please and I'm telling you, Julz consistently delivers perfection! The initial crew comes to inspect. They are thorough, careful and clean. Then comes Jessie who makes magic happen. Isaac the general manager stops by to make sure everything is running smoothly. They go above and beyond to help you. Then comes Rich to do another inspection to make sure you are happy and assure that all is progressing. So far I would give them a 10 out of 10. We are waiting on a few more cabinet pieces. I will upload some current photos and then follow up with the final kitchen and bath. Definitely recommend!“
