“A few years ago my rental house in Tracy area had a leak from ceiling, Aguilar Roofing was the only available roofer at that time and did the fix. Three years later the leak appeared on the vertical wall. I had the chance to go up to the roof and talked with Aguilar (Robert), he showed me his repair and it was impress work, he used flexible metal to cover the area. The roof leaked in another place because there were piles of leave.This time he did a more extensive repair, removed the tiles and felt, put down some kind of sticky thick film (which was used for flat roofing), and then doubled down with felt paper, he even divert the second story downspout so the water won't pour directly to the roof valley.
