I rarely provide reviews because I have a high expectation of good service. I wanted to give a review of Luis and Form and Function Landscapes. I hired Luis to remove and replace my backyard grass. It was easy to connect with Luis, and he was over at my house quickly. He's a friendly and knowledgeable professional and I liked him immediately. He had several good ideas for changes to my sprinklers. All changes were included in his price. His price was very reasonable. I had a few quotes, and even if Luis was not the lowest I would have picked him. Install was smooth and I'm very happy with the grass in my backyard. Give him a call, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

My Niece lives in Guadalajara Mexico, her boyfriend is in Patterson Ca. I live in Santa Barbara CA. Last minute she wanted to have a bouquet of flowers delivery to him for his BDY…today! I looked online everywhere to help my niece accomplish her wish. I tried different places. (even call but I couldn’t get a live person) until I decided to call this El florista. Gregorio answered and immediately knew I needed help and fast been 1:30pm already. He understood that time was of the essence. In no time, we exchange information and by 3:30 he texted me said they were on their way. Also send me a picture of the bouquet and the chocolates. It was gorgeous!! I really wish I could give higher than five stars. This is probably the most professional place I've ever been to. The staff is kind and accommodating I Had an injury to my shoulder when I first started going to see them and they were very Conscientious of my injury. I have never felt rushed out of there and they always are extremely pleasant And professional. Always make you feel like you're the only person there.

I found Pam when my long time hair dresser had to stop doing hair for personal reasons. I was really nervous to go to someone else but Pam was great at calming my nerves. She listened to me and took wonderful care of me and my hair. It’s always such a wonderful experience when I get my hair done with her. The drink, snack, hot towel, and essential oils are all amazing but nothing beats that scalp massage while my feet are up! I could stay there all day! Had their sod installed about a year ago under "drought" conditions. Was growing great then the heat hit and I either over watered or underwatered....not really important, but went to the office and spoke to the young woman there and she was very patient and walked me through the process of which fertilizer to use and to overseed. I took her sage advice and today, a month later, I have a lush, greener than green lawn. It's nice to know going to the business is better than Googling "how do I fix my lawn". Thanks again.

A few years ago my rental house in Tracy area had a leak from ceiling, Aguilar Roofing was the only available roofer at that time and did the fix. Three years later the leak appeared on the vertical wall. I had the chance to go up to the roof and talked with Aguilar (Robert), he showed me his repair and it was impress work, he used flexible metal to cover the area. The roof leaked in another place because there were piles of leave.This time he did a more extensive repair, removed the tiles and felt, put down some kind of sticky thick film (which was used for flat roofing), and then doubled down with felt paper, he even divert the second story downspout so the water won't pour directly to the roof valley. From the staff to Dr. Velasquez, I could not find any better place than to be there. The staff were welcoming me as a new patient & helpful, lead me to a computer to fill out my medical history , cancellation policy, privacy act , person responsible for you, etc. I have no dental insurance and they gave me a coupon for $95 which includes Xray, dental exam & a cleaning. I get usually nervous & anxious when I go to the dentist but the X-ray technician, Julia made me feel so comfortable & did an excellent job. Thank you for being so patient with me Julia. Dr. Velasquez examined my mouth & was so gentle & conversant. The place is clean & I will definitely be going back to this place
