“After initially being told that a new water heater was necessary by other similar businesses over the phone, New Image Plumbing was the only business who was able to send out the technicians to look over the issue. Pierre and Matthew arrived to look over the heater. The only issue was a pipe that was connected to the water heater that had a pinhole size leaking the water. My wife and I was so relieved! They immediately went out to get the parts and came back within the hour. They fixed the issue in good time. Pierre even took the time to make sure all our faucets and shower heads were was all working. Great value and affordable. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!“

I figured I was going to have to have the tile walls torn into and a major repair nightmare was imminent. F&M technician Santiago called me right back and was at my house within 30 minutes. After a very brief evaluation not only did Santiago assure me the fix was was relatively minor one, he had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. From the time he came to the door until I was writing a check was 45 minutes, tops.
