Petsadena Animal Hospital is a caring and attentive veterinary clinic where staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The veterinarians and technicians take the time to answer all questions, and the receptionists are helpful and respectful. Online scheduling and prescription renewals are convenient, and the facility is always clean. While appointments may be slightly pricier, the clinic's patient and thorough approach makes it a trusted choice for pet owners.
The Vets here is amazing. I think they might be stretched thin though. The supportive staff didn't explain how to apply the topical medicine very well and they seemed a little disorganized. It feels like the process needs an office manager to coordinate support staff. Prices alway felt high, but this is my first vet experience, so take that with a grain of salt.
Thankful for the entire staff at Petsadena who go above and beyond!! I've never felt rushed while being there; the veterinarians and technicians really take the time to answer all questions. The receptionists are also very helpful, and respect everyone who walks in!
I am pleased with the care that my dog Savana receives at Petsadena. The staff are caring and kind to my senior dog who has a number of needs. They listen to my needs and requests. I am pleased with their on line ap on which I can schedule appts and prescription renewals even when they are closed or in the middle of the night. The only suggestion that I have expressed is that the staff wear name tags. They have a big team who care for my dog when she comes in.
