I had a really good experience. My cat needed his ears cleaned. They cat burrito’d him. It was super quick and I’m a Vetco member so I was only charged for the procedure and the $70 visit fee was waived. My only complaint is I didn’t get to see him wrapped up haha.

I told the tech to communicate to the vet (and any other employee) that my dog can be reactive and to not touch her face. I also told her that my dog does not bite, she only gives warning snaps, so no one is in any actual danger. Then the vet told me that my dog seemed friendly to her and went up to her, so she lowered her hand down to pet her face, and my dog snapped at her. Well, I told her not to touch my dog's face, and yet she did. The vet then put a muzzle on her for the rest of the exam. The staff are very friendly.The doctor is very professional. She is very thorough with Diego’s wellness exam and explained everything clearly.My dog Diego is very healthy.Thank you very much everyone for being so kind.
