I happened to run into Jonathan by chance while getting an estimate from Mr. Rooter plumbing (which I did not end up hiring) for a gas leak that was found after our condo building was tented for termites. One of our neighbors had contacted Jonathan, who is the owner of Premier Plumbing. He answered all my questions and as I watched him work on the neighbor's condo I decided to hire him to work on ours. He was able to track the gas leak and returned the next day as promised with his team and found the problem and fixed it. He was detailed and triple checked everything to ensure the work was completed without issues. He is definitely reliable and highly experienced. His price is very reasonable and he kept his word. “We had a plumbing leak which really messed up the flooring and walls. Didn't want to go through that again so we decided to have the house repiped. We have used California Repipe in the past at another house and we're very happy with the work they did. These guys do not disappoint. They cover the floors and fixtures and also do a very nice job of cleaning up. They will cut holes in the walls and stucco to run the piping and when that is done they repair everything and texture to match. I am a picky guy and they did an excellent job matching the texture inside and out. They put on all new connections to faucets and new hose bibs outside. Our house took 3 days from start to finish. I could not be happier with the work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you live in South Orange County and your house is 40 years old, call these guys before you have a leak.“
