I recently had the pleasure of working with Ameco Solar on getting solar panels installed at my home. I was incredibly impressed by the level of customer service, knowledge, and expertise that they provided. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the installation of the panels, they made sure that I was comfortable with the process and answered any questions I had. Edit: The owner reached out to us after reading my review below. It took a 2 star review to be published for them to address the referral bonus issue. While that is fixed, I still stand by my previous review and what was done can’t be undone - We still have dirty and cracked tiles installed on our roof, the sheathing inspection was missed, and communication was confusing (although the employees were kind once we got ahold of someone). To be honest, the majority of our issues were with the roofing company Ameco subcontracted, so inquire who they will use for your roof.We had an okay experience with Ameco. Updating my review, turns out my POC had surgery and was out for a few weeks. Now that he has been back he has been very helpful. I will update my review once I go through the rest of the process.
