Four roofers have worked forty hour work weeks in the hot sun for five solid weeks now. You guys are the hardest and most focused workers I've ever known. Carrying buckets of cement and water up the ladder, tiles up the ladder, broken tiles down the ladder, cutting tiles in detail while on the precarious roof, and bending up and down all day. And a boss that never asks his workers to do anything he wouldn't do? No wonder they really respect you. You only take a one hour break for lunch. You work a solid eight hours, you never skip a day, and it doesn't matter how hot it is, you keep on with the task.
