After a few several failed attempts to get someone to repair our fridge we came across Universal Appliances on Yelp. I have to say Thank you to the person on the phone I believe was the service manager (Angie) she provide such great customer service over the phone and reassured us someone would be able to help us with our fridge it was such a relief to have that reassurance . We now have a working fridge and most definitely will be contacting in the near future if any appliance problem reoccurs.

I have used Universal Appliance Repair several times for my washer and dryer. I am happy with their service. They are punctual, professional, and have fixed my issues quickly. I believe they are fairly priced too.The best part of this company would be Cecelia! She was super helpful in scheduling appointments and very friendly! Her customer service and demeanor was top tier! Thank you!
