“I was referred to this clinic after having a bad experience with the first doctor I went to for a physical, and the contrast was night and day! The girls at the front made me feel very welcome and comfortable, really impeccable customer service skills from every employee. Dr. Eli Guzman was very quick to see and assess me, and even gave me an uplifting comment (the last doctor I had just come from made subtly fatphobic and misogynistic remarks, very uncomfortable experience) that I would make a great nurse. The experience was extremely smooth and couldn't have gone better. I just wish I lived closer so I could come here for all of my future health concerns! Thank you Dr. Guzman and your wonderful staff.“

“I'm here in the late morning at 1100 am and it's busier than I thought it would be. I'm doing blood work and prefer to be here early in the morning but circumstances prevented me from getting here. The receptionist check in was super fast and friendly. I was really impressed. I was asked the standard questions to verify identity and recent illnesses. Now to wait for my turn at the flabotomist. I had great luck finding a parking spot across the street too! Oh my, the waiting area is quite noisy with a rambunctious little child, lol. It's really funny but a bit annoying. It was a little while before Mr Scott from the lab came out and called my name. He was funny and did an excellent job of drawing a couple vials of blood for my lab tests. We were done so fast!“

“This review is about the Intetnal Medicine Primary Doctors that I've seen here. I've seen 3 since coming here in 2018 and currently with Dr Loc Duong. He listens and shows genuine concern for patients. I can't tell you how many times he's gotten back to me when I have health issues. Staff has always been welcoming. Parking is the only gripe as it's across St Joseph and other medical buildings. Other than that, I can happily trust my PCP.“

“Nothing but love for Dr David Chien and Facey Medical Group in Porter Ranch. We moved out of the area otherwise I would have stayed with these guys forever. From the women on the front desk to the nurses who checked by sons in, to Dr Chien, everyone was amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. We never waited long to be seen and my kids were treated kindly and with respect. We saw them for everything from routine check ups to flu jabs to emergency appointments. Dr Chien is an AMAZING pediatrician. No judgement, excellent communication and took my fears seriously. He was reassuring and if there was concern he was straight forward and was good at mapping out a course of action. Couldn't ask for more. I'm so sad to leave Facey Pediatrics :(“
