“I had an excellent experience at the Sutter Health Urgent Care Center. I was unable to get an appointment with my primary care doctor in a timely way, so I went to Urgent Care. Jack Zhang at the front desk was very professional, compassionate, discreet. Perhaps it was the nature of what I was there for, but they took me within minutes of my arrival. The assistant who took my vitals was also very professional and reassuring. Dr Mai-Tram Le was everything I could hope for in a doctor. She was knowledgeable, efficient, humorous, but most of all, she treated me with dignity and respect. She ordered appropriate tests, and put a rush on them. Several days later when all test results were in, I had a follow-up appointment. Jack Zhang was again a great representative for Sutter Health, and he even remembered me. Again, I was taken quickly, this time within 10 minutes of arriving. Dr Le patiently went over the results, and fortunately, I was already on the mend. What impressed me was that she had read the results before we met, and if they had been different, she was ready to move quickly to next steps, even though it was a weekend. High marks for this Urgent Care Center.“

Making appointments online is a breeze, and the platform streamlines communication with my doctors, as well as storing all my health records in one place. I've never had to endure long wait times, which is remarkable. Despite some negative Yelp reviews, I suspect they might stem from isolated bad experiences, unlike my catastrophic encounter with Kaiser near downtown Redwood City - what a nightmare that was! Here, even walk-ins are met with short wait times, thanks to their efficient appointment system. Both primary care and specialist appointments have been top-notch. The building layout is well-designed, with ample parking and a serene interior. Plus, there's room for expansion, a testament to thoughtful city planning. Compared to my Kaiser ordeal, this place is heaven.“

“It's accessible, plenty of parking garage clean and the Technicians and front desk staff at the imaging center were very nice. The technician explain my procedure and she made me feel comfortable the whole time during my density bone testing.“
