My husband and I have had to see various departments at PAMF this year.. We have been amazed at how good this organization has become. In each case we felt we not only got great medical care, we were cared about as people. Dr Ann Yan and her team are amazing. They called us 3 times over a weekend to make sure that we were getting care for an issue that arose on Friday afternoon. My husband's back went out after a long plane flight. The Urgent Care team dealt with the symptoms but, first, did all the testing needed to make sure that it was not a more serious issue such as thrombosis. Took my daughter to Urgent Care. She received excellent care, they were quick and followed all safety precautions. This would have been a 5-star review, but the male check-in person at Urgent Care desk was pretty rude and condescending.

Most of the doctors I've seen during the past two years worked out of Sutter Health in San Carlos. I love this facility. The parking lot is conveniently located, and open spots are always plentiful. The building is big, clean, and moderately easy to navigate. If you need help finding the right area, there are helpful and friendly staff members everywhere. I love the convenience of being able to walk from a doctor's appointment to the lab or imaging centers, where I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. You don't even need an appointment to go to the lab; they accept walk-ins. This medical center is great.
