“J&M termite are amazing. I wanted a second opinion on a termite inspection for a house I was buying. The inspector, Louis, did a very thorough job. When J&M's report turned up a lot of work the first report hadn't, Louis talked me through the report and the findings on the phone, answering all my questions. Because of the second report, I was able to negotiate and make sure the sellers covered the cost of the required Section 1 work. I also had J&M do most of the work -- the house was tented for termites and beetles, and then a substantial amount of framing was replaced (the total pest report was around $14k). The work was performed by Robert and his colleague. Robert was also excellent: a few places the work was less than expected so he updated the quote, and finished half a day earlier. Robert also talked me through when most of the underlying issues are coming from, which is really helpful as I get quotes to fix the roof for the underlying source of leaks. Robert also signed off on some of the work that another contractor (that the seller had organized) was doing that J&M couldn't do themselves, and again was extremely thorough, catching work that would have been subpar and working with the contractor to make sure their work was up to standard. Having a termite infestation in a new house is scary and unpleasant, but J&M resolved it painlessly. ““You are in good hands” with this company! Tim came for inspection; he was friendly and explained things well. Before arrival he called to inform me the ETA. As an experienced professional, he did a complete inspection and provided very good suggestions regarding what needs to be done for our situation without adding other nice to have items. We had 2 areas with evidence of drywood termite infestation leading to inaccessible areas with one that was treated couple years ago by another company and now becomes uncertain. The primary recommendation was fumigation but I could tell he had been thinking about how to do local treatments for the difficult spots. At the end he said he’ll give us options of fumigation or local treatment that may be doable by injecting/spraying liquid chemical combined with scoping walls for those difficult spots.<br><br>After some Q&As upon leaving, he gave me his business card and said contact him 7 days/week before mid-night for any questions. They don’t work on Sat/Sun but we did exchange calls/text messages on those days. On the report, they specify what kind of chemicals (liquid/form) to be used unlike some companies the list goes up to 10-ish chemicals even they would use only 2-3, which really made me confused and frustrated couple years ago.<br><br>Their package met our current needs (warranty, extended warranty, price) plus the very good reviews everywhere, we decided to go with them. Armando, the president and owner, came to do the treatments. He was amazing during the job, very experienced, professional, knowledgeable, skillful, resourceful, and communicated very well. He took his time to tackle each issue carefully without rushing it through as he insisted of doing it right the first time. His approaches to the solutions were very logical. His skills were outstanding by observing how he drilled, how he conducted trouble shooting test, and hole filling. I was in a big relief after he completed the treatments. I have not met anyone like him, so patient with many good skills. Now I understand why he and the company received all the great reviews. You will be grateful to work with this company!“

“We called Frank last year for our annual ant problem after losing our previous pest control company to a merger. He came out the next day, sprayed our house perimeter and we didn't see another ant indoors for the rest of the year. They are attracted to our cats' food. Called him again this year.
