“I have enjoyed my care here so far. It is super convenient to my house and the offices is never crowded. I think the medical assistants could use a bit more training. Every appointment they ask the same questions, but the medical assistant repeats the same questions as if she is not paying attention to the answers. One of the questions is whether or not I feel depressed. Then she asks again. Well what if I had been feeling depressed or hopeless? I don't think I would tell her because I don't think she cares. It's obvious because she didn't listen to my answer then asked the same question 2 minuets later. It happened on my last appointment too. It is really off putting.Anyhow Dr. Welte is awesome and always makes me feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Welte.“
