They they ordered the right amount for our Den, picked it up from the store, and there was no markup or extra charges. We could not be happier with the outcome. “Need to commend the service I received from Miller Carpets/ Spencer floors (one of the same). When the carpet received from the mill was short of what had been ordered; the installation couldn't be completed. Additional carpet was ordered & expedited & the installation was completed in 3 days. the owner came personally to finish the job and assure that I was satisfied with the service. I was also generously compensated financially. The owner also took two of the remnants & finished the edges & delivered to me the same day. the company made sure to do the right thing to assure satisfaction“
