“I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Emser tile and their staff. Everybody was fantastic and very helpful however, Lori Fisher was outstanding.

I was a total novice and had no idea about tiles or anything else, and I was trying to renovate three different bathrooms at the same time. It was a herculean feat and I didnt know where to start.

Lori Fisher took me under her wing, and we went room by room and tile by tile itemizing tiles and finishes that would best suit me and my family. She actually even made diagrams and wrote everything out. She followed up with the various contractors and made the whole process easy, fun and successful.
