“We purchased a marble top table that we wanted honed (From shiny to matte finish and sealed). The First businesses we called didn't seem to know exactly what we meant but said they could probably do it and then quoted a fortune. I called Tony Tomas Marble & Stone Care and they got right on it. Chris came out and did a beautiful job very professional Excellent work and an affordable price also he’s a really nice guy. We'll definitely be calling them for any other marble care we need!!“

“Need to commend the service I received from Miller Carpets/ Spencer floors (one of the same). When the carpet received from the mill was short of what had been ordered; the installation couldn't be completed. Additional carpet was ordered & expedited & the installation was completed in 3 days. the owner came personally to finish the job and assure that I was satisfied with the service. I was also generously compensated financially. The owner also took two of the remnants & finished the edges & delivered to me the same day. the company made sure to do the right thing to assure satisfaction“

“John and Ian are pros. The carpeting I wanted was not available for 7-9 weeks and they knew I wanted it sooner (although I didn't necessarily need it sooner) - So, I could have waited.I had seen the next level up of the same carpeting and wanted to move forward with that. Even though it was twice as expensive, John really discouraged me from getting it saying it was just not worth the money. He even suggested the next level down in the carpeting (it had 4 levels), saying I would have a hard time telling the difference between my original delayed choice and the one he was suggesting. He was right. So not only did he save me from spending an additional $6K, he saved me thousands of dollars and I received my carpeting almost a month sooner.By the way, I had bought carpeting for three rooms from John eight years earlier and had a great experience. That's why I went back to him.“

“In an exhaustive search for the right flooring for our kitchen and breakfast nook, we were referredto Desert Springs Tile which was in the same proximity of other similar stores.We first met Todd, who gave us a couple of samples to take home, and even though the first ones weren't light enough for our taste, it was simple to stop by later and pick up a larger and much lighter one. We left it on the floor for a couple days and decided that it was perfect!We called the store and though Todd wasn't in, Francine was able to take our order... Our tile was there in just a few days and we were on our way to a brand new look...just beautiful!!!“
