We're relatively new to the desert coming from up north where our air conditioner is built in naturally. It goes without saying that one can't live without it down here. A couple of years ago I asked a long time neighbor for his recommendation on a reliable air con company. I called his guy they came out and serviced our unit to which we were satisfied. However, when our unit needed servicing again it was over a week before we heard back from them. I met Arnold while out to dinner one night and the people next to us highly recommended him as super knowledgeable and the most responsive air con guy in the valley. Arnolds HVAC gives you some of the best customer service in Palm Desert California. Every time I call these guys to help me. They do not disappoint. Thank you all so much we truly appreciate the great service.
