We're relatively new to the desert coming from up north where our air conditioner is built in naturally. It goes without saying that one can't live without it down here. A couple of years ago I asked a long time neighbor for his recommendation on a reliable air con company. I called his guy they came out and serviced our unit to which we were satisfied. However, when our unit needed servicing again it was over a week before we heard back from them. I met Arnold while out to dinner one night and the people next to us highly recommended him as super knowledgeable and the most responsive air con guy in the valley. He gave me his card, the following week we called for service. His guys came as requested and serviced our until. The two technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. They answered all my questions and explained the problem and what was required to remedy the issue.
