Called Yanes and not only did he come quickly for the estimate, but he got me in during the busy time of the year for all these gutter guys, December. “I contacted 5 different roofing companies for a roof leak that developed from the recent rain. Lawsons was one of the first to respond to my request for an estimate. Dylan responded to schedule an appointment in order to submit a proposal. The estimate was provided the same day and proposal was well detailed with the scope of work, what would be done, and warranty. Including Lawsons estimate, I received two other estimates. Lawsons came in the middle. The reason I went with Lawsons was the incredible value they provided per dollar vs the other two proposals. Lawsons went above and beyond to scheduled the repair quickly even with their booked schedule. The crew arrived and started removing the tiles and quickly found the location of the leak. This caused a reevaluation of the scope of work and their recommended was to replace and install only what was needed to fix the leak. This reduced my spend by 25%! “After Tropical Storm Hillary hit late summer 2023, it became obvious that the 20-year-old flat portion of our roof wasn't keeping the water out any longer, so we needed to replace that part of the roof quickly before the autumn and winter rains arrived.We solicited several roofing proposals from top rated roofers through Yelp and Top Roofing provided the most complete proposal that responded to all of our needs. The salesperson, Roy, understood our desire to include thicker insulating board since the flat roof has no attic.Although we're sure they had a lot of other customer roof projects at that time due to the recent heavy rains, Top Roofing was able to schedule the work more quickly than we anticipated. They finished the whole project in 2-1/2 days and worked to complete it just as we wanted, including a complex transition to the pitched roof. The crew was clean and considerate; all debris trucked off the same day and the job site was left immaculate.Roy was a great and responsive point-of-contact from start to finish.“
