- No major issues: There were no major issues nor problems with either of the two projects David and his team completed for me.
- Ongoing maintenance: In addition to installation, David and his team can handle your ongoing maintenance, which is wonderful given they know all the details of the plants, technology, materials, etc. that went into my/your project.
- Very reasonable price: I looked around and got quotes and David and his team came in at a competitive price, which in combination with the high quality of their work, I'd go with them every time versus risking working with a contractor that could mess things up and create a painful experience (which I've experienced on past projects before I met David and began working with him and his team).

Overall you are going to have a very nice experience with David and his team, you will get your money's worth and he will stand by his work, and the end result will be a very professional, polished, and beautiful space without any hassle or major issues. “Working with neighbors on a budget and contractor for both a 25ft long retaining wall and a fence can turn your hair gray (if it isn't already). Don't get me wrong, I love my neighbors, but this was a 4 year ordeal. Concrete, wood, concrete, wood. Mike (and others) gave me a bid 4 years ago, but the project got put on hold. I reached out to Mike again and got other bids in 2021. WARNING all the other contractors did NOT have workman's comp and were NOT bonded and insured. And yes, they were less expensive. That said, I'm not gonna have workers transporting huge heavy lumber through my garage and working in my yard without the company carrying workman's comp and being insured. I'm not up for a lawsuit if something bad happened. So....we went with Mike. There were some glitches that took place - a little stressful at times with the neighbors, but Mike's work team were great. When we got a little stuck with a misunderstanding about a portion of the job, Mike made sure to make it all right and made my neighbor happy. Nice guy, great team, go for it!“

“We've worked with Spryscapes multiple times, and have been completely satisfied each time. Greg, Mike, et al are great at what they do (from the initial inspection/estimate through the completed work). Greg came out today to look at a small job we have, even though their plate is full with other projects. He spent the right amount of time, and concluded that although Spryscapes could do the work, he recommended other firms who could do the work faster (even calling one firm to get a general cost estimate). We will always contact Spyscapes for our future projects.“

“Having worked with many contractors over the years, I have become painfully familiar with the stress the comes with feeling like I have to oversee every aspect of a project to ensure that (a) the work is completed as discussed, and (b) we don't blow past our budget. The golden question: Is it worth a bit of a premium to hand a project over to a true professional who will manage every facet of a project? In the case of working with Blue Sky, the answer is a resounding yes. KC, the project lead, is exemplary at every facet of his job. We described what we were seeking, and after a short visit to our house, he came up with a detailed plan that perfectly matched our vision. Instead of thinking, "Well, that's not quite what we had in mind..," we found ourselves saying, "We should have thought of that!" Every suggestion he made was perfectly on point, and better yet, when we asked him inane questions (which was a regular occurrence), he displayed unusual patience in answering. He also didn't flinch when we wavered back and forth on our choice of plantings, and instead carefully explained the pros of cons of various options. When we wanted to tweak a facet of the plan, he was always more than happy to try to accommodate our wishes.After the crew installed a beautiful bluestone patio, we realized that one of the stones didn't look right to us -- the color was off. KC agreed and his crew quickly rectified the issue, which involved a fair amount of work. Talk about customer service! It's clear that KC and his team take great pride in their work. It's such an unusual and wonderful experience to work with a team that continually does more than expected, and on a fixed price contract. Each time I had a question about some facet of the project, I found that KC's team had gone above and beyond and installed a top-quality solution, whether my question pertained to drainage, lighting, or electrical. I can't imagine working with a nicer team and a more intelligent, articulate team lead than KC. We were a bit hesitant to embark on this project due to budgetary constraints, but we are overjoyed that we did. Blue Sky has continually surprised and delighted us.“
