“My Lenovo ThinkCentre got trashed when I downloaded and ran an update from Lenovo. TCG were able to recover only some of my data on disk, but fortunately I had backed up most of the important stuff on Dropbox. We were deep into the COVID-19 quarantine (August 2020) and they were working with a skeleton crew. Despite all the various problems, they were able to get my machine running again. It took a few weeks, but I attribute that mostly to the impediments caused by the virus shutdown. Tris went the extra mile, and he gets lots of credit for upholding The Computer Guys' excellent reputation. I would definitely use them again if I had to. So we quoted a number of companies found on Yelp. Due to the small spec of our project, larger networking companies actually refused to quote. Through the quote process, Gagy was very detailed and also proposed more efficient solutions for our installation. His quote was also more reasonable than the other ones we received so we hired him. Installation process was done overnight on a weekend. All the old cables were removed and new ones routed where we wanted. When Comcast came to activate our network and had a problem, I called Gagy and he came back to assist and make sure everything worked. I also hired him to troubleshoot a connectivity issue in the house I just purchased. Turns out one end of the cable was snipped so he fixed that. Definitely recommend Gagy for any networking projects.“

“I highly recommend Ameritech if you need warranty work done on Lenovo hardware. I purchased an expensive laptop directly from Lenovo. When it arrived it seemed to work fine but after a few days I noticed that it would randomly reset. I was preparing to travel so I needed the laptop fixed urgently.
