Used Neil again Highly recommend! They fixed two issues with my old laptop that two other repairs shops couldn't help with. One was that the laptop was not even booting or charging, the other one was with the sound. The price and turnaround time were very good. Moreover, they were kind of to fix the second issue for free! Neil was extremely accommodating and very friendly too.
Neil is the greatest! He texted me within five minutes; then, asked a few questions and made a suggestion of something to do before coming over. I tried his suggestion and it worked! No need for a visit!!
