“I was recently sick and needed to see my doctor, but she didn't have any appointments available for 3 1/2 weeks (not even for somebody who was currently sick). I was referred to Dr. Nourparvar by a friend who raved about him. Dr. Nourparvar made time to see me that same day and I did not have to wait long. I feel as though he truly cared about what I had to say. I did not feel like just a number, but rather, a patient of many years. He really listens to the needs of the patient and takes the time to help you understand what's going on. I now have a new doctor that I feel has my best interest at heart.“

“Urgent Care Review Only How I spent today. Sunday. Allegedly "Funday". Fun? Not so much, seriously, not so much. Three days ago my hubby complained of fatigue, left sore throat pain, left ear pain. Against my admonishment, he continued to go about his business pure pluck until it wasn't. Immediately rapid Covid tested both of us. Negative two days in a row. Hey, he breathes where I breathe. Sunday, allegedly "Funday" would it be mimosas or urgent care? The latter. He kept telling me he went to UCLA urgent care. I Yelped it. Uh huh, nothing there. Finally, he found a business card in his Rolodex for here. (Yeah, who has one of those? He does.) Since we're both in the St. Johns' Providence system, I recommended we go to urgent care here today (no forms to fill out, etc.) since at the beginning of the pandemic lock down with zero home testing available, he was sick. He went here. Was it a cold or was it Covid then? Cold. Praise be! "Call them from that Rolodex card!", I yelled to determine if care is available on Sunday. It is. M-F: 8:30AM - 7:30PM Saturday & Sunday: 10:00AM - 2:30PM (Doors promptly lock at 2:20PM). Arrived at 11:30AM. Processed and seen by noon even with a few folks ahead. Vitals (A-OK), Covid, Strep test taken, negative. GREAT doctor! Professionalism with a capital "P". Sent home with OTC med Rx and to return or contact primary physician, or EMS if symptoms worsen. P.S. Photos and videos are prohibited! Couldn't even snap a pic of the flyer saying so without getting in trouble...“

“I have used this Urgent Care Center for a few years now and just now decided to leave a review. I don't know why because I should've left one years ago. This Urgent Care is truly one of the best Urgent Care centers I've ever been to. But I was moved today by Amber Boyd, she was the most attentive front desk person that I've ever had so far in the history of me. Going to urgent cares. Now I know urgent cares are designed to be there when your doctor can't take you and you have a non-life-threatening emergency. I have enough friends in the medical profession to know you do not go to the emergency room for conjunctivitis. I know my body well enough to know when something is off and today I woke up and my eye was bothering me and I knew that I had conjunctivitis. I head to my Cedar Sinai medical urgent care center and was greeted so warmly and treated so well. The thing about the Cedar Sinai team is that my primary care physician is a Cedar Sinai doctor so all of their records are like in one place so they can see what's happening with you when you're not seeing them it's the best ever. You just log onto the app. Today, I found out that they offer virtual care which is something that I could have used and not had to have come to the Urgent Care facility. I'm gonna try that next time telehealth is the way to go anyways, the doctors there at Cedar Sinai are just amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable.“

“Only reason I didn't give it five stars was it's complicated figuring out how to park and the synthetic smells in the office have to go. The staff and care are on point though. I sliced my finger open by mistake and was seen right away. Thanks for putting me at ease during a stressful situation.“

“First time at this clinic and I must say, easy transaction. Keep in mind, they required you to have a face mask, vaccine card and Identification card to check in. This loclocation is located inside a shared building, second floor. The office is well lit and organized. Foot traffic was minimum, the wait time was pretty face. I scheduled an appointment for 10:15 AM but arrived there at approx 09:50 AM. Had to fill out forms and after completion, I was already being seen. Excellent experience. I want to say, everyone that help me during my visit was professional, courteous and polite. Everything was done in a timely matter and you're pretty much on your way about your day. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. They have a restroom for your convenience. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Share your experience. I was able to get all the tests I needed done within the hour and the dr called me about an hour after they closed to give me more results. I guess the only issue is that you probably won't be able to get your meds filled until the next day since most pharmacies including the cvs below close at 9. Fyi this is one floor above Whole Foods and there is not good signage on the 1st floor. Thank you to Dr. Bofill and staff for exceeding my expectations and providing quality care!“

“This place is and was a godsend for me!! I cannot thank the entire staff everyone from the Amazing and extremely professional Office Manager Yalda who is always there and goes above and beyond to make sure for any reason you might find yourself there you are taken care of, then theres the main DR who i owe my life to and when i say this believe me it is coming from a very deep place within me! Dr Hamid from the moment I walked in with a very sensitive issue he made me feel at ease not with fake promises but realistic expectations as long as i did what he advised and i did now closing on 6 years of having my life back thanks to this amazing place and its Staff. Anyone speaking negatively about this place or Dr Hamid or any staff members i cant speak on their personal experience but i can say this with the highest degree of confidence, Dr Hamid has never been anything but honest helpful has gone out of his way to make sure of my well being at any given time. Just having that comfort is such a blessing and such a big deal that i cant express in words. I waited all these years to post a review of this location for a reason. So if anyone is having any second thoughts or reading reviews that are not positive i just want to say please just go see Dr Hamid for any issues you or a loved one might be having related to "bad habits" i am a success story all thanks to Dr Hamid and his staff and Yalda is the sweetest the most caring person I have come across in this field so I don't understand the negative comments anyone is posting about her!
