“The staff at this urgent care was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ana who took my information quickly. I was then addressed by Giovanni who took my vitals, Javier who drew my blood and gave me a shot (which I didn't even feel the needle), and Andres Fanseca (NP) who explained and ran tests. The whole process went smoothly and was possibly the best experience I've had at an urgent care. They all made me feel comfortable and helped me feel much better. “Disappointed to see them permanently closed, but I was able to find another great urgent care closeby called Urgent Care Center of South Bay, and I highly recommend! It seems they provide the same services and you can make appointments online, which was very helpful for me. I'm quite particular with urgent cares, but this one had really friendly staff and short wait times. Also open 7 days a week, so super convenient. Definitely a great alternative.“

“We've visited this urgent care several times for simple things and have always been well cared for in this great facility. Recently my son broke his wrist in a skateboarding accident and Torrance Memorial Urgent Care on El Segundo Blvd was the closest medical facility. I am so glad! We were seen within 45 minutes even though it was a busy time with many patients. Dr. Miura took excellent care, set my son and us parents at ease with his knowledge and easy manner. He took X-rays and sent them to a colleague, got us an appointment immediately with a pediatric orthopedist so his wrist could be reset and properly casted. We were on our way home within 4 hours of the accident because is his masterful orchestration of my son's case. Highly recommend!“

“Urgent Care Review Only How I spent today. Sunday. Allegedly "Funday". Fun? Not so much, seriously, not so much. Three days ago my hubby complained of fatigue, left sore throat pain, left ear pain. Against my admonishment, he continued to go about his business pure pluck until it wasn't. Immediately rapid Covid tested both of us. Negative two days in a row. Hey, he breathes where I breathe. Sunday, allegedly "Funday" would it be mimosas or urgent care? The latter. He kept telling me he went to UCLA urgent care. I Yelped it. Uh huh, nothing there. Finally, he found a business card in his Rolodex for here. (Yeah, who has one of those? He does.) Since we're both in the St. Johns' Providence system, I recommended we go to urgent care here today (no forms to fill out, etc.) since at the beginning of the pandemic lock down with zero home testing available, he was sick. He went here. Was it a cold or was it Covid then? Cold. Praise be! "Call them from that Rolodex card!", I yelled to determine if care is available on Sunday. It is. M-F: 8:30AM - 7:30PM Saturday & Sunday: 10:00AM - 2:30PM (Doors promptly lock at 2:20PM). Arrived at 11:30AM. Processed and seen by noon even with a few folks ahead. Vitals (A-OK), Covid, Strep test taken, negative. GREAT doctor! Professionalism with a capital "P". Sent home with OTC med Rx and to return or contact primary physician, or EMS if symptoms worsen. P.S. Photos and videos are prohibited! Couldn't even snap a pic of the flyer saying so without getting in trouble...“

“I have used this Urgent Care Center for a few years now and just now decided to leave a review. I don't know why because I should've left one years ago. This Urgent Care is truly one of the best Urgent Care centers I've ever been to. But I was moved today by Amber Boyd, she was the most attentive front desk person that I've ever had so far in the history of me. Going to urgent cares. Now I know urgent cares are designed to be there when your doctor can't take you and you have a non-life-threatening emergency. I have enough friends in the medical profession to know you do not go to the emergency room for conjunctivitis. I know my body well enough to know when something is off and today I woke up and my eye was bothering me and I knew that I had conjunctivitis. I head to my Cedar Sinai medical urgent care center and was greeted so warmly and treated so well. The thing about the Cedar Sinai team is that my primary care physician is a Cedar Sinai doctor so all of their records are like in one place so they can see what's happening with you when you're not seeing them it's the best ever. You just log onto the app. Today, I found out that they offer virtual care which is something that I could have used and not had to have come to the Urgent Care facility. I'm gonna try that next time telehealth is the way to go anyways, the doctors there at Cedar Sinai are just amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable.“

“The clinic is on the second floor. I flew here for my Australian panel physician exams. I got here 30 minutes before my appointment and filled out the paperwork, and shortly afterwards, I was called for my appointment. They got my height and weight, drew my blood, took a urine sample, checked my eyesight, and checked my lungs and heart. I have pretty small veins, so it took a few tries to get some blood, but the doctor helped and was very friendly.“

“Had to come in to Cedars for stomach pain. The hospital was not crowded but there were people with serious issues going on. I had the pleasure of having nurse Lourd for assistance. The nurse was attentive, respectful, considerate and compassionate to my needs and care. There was another patient that was giving nurse Lourd a hard time, but I just kept reassuring her that she was doing an amazing job. Not only I, but other patients were thankful for her care and service to us and even the grouchy, ungrateful patient who kept injuring herself in the ER. Nurse Lourd dealt with her as gently and calmly as she could. Much respect to the nurses and doctors on the frontline taking care of our health when we manage to mess ourselves up!! doctor “
“Showed up, there were 7 people in front of me, but got in within 25min. It's the 1st time that an urgent care has really addressed my symptoms thoroughly. Most of the time, doctors would just give me pain killers through IV and that's it, no blood work, nothing. This time Dr Triplette did a thorough bloodwork and finally found why I was suffering so much for so long, where other Doctors mistook it for something else. The NP also was kind, thank you.“
