The pricing is decent and the quality of what you get is top tier! The service is above average and I highly recommend this place. The art tech, is very good at her job and the place is well-maintained. I also want to add that my manicure was a Russian and it lasted for around 5 weeks! My nail polish was still perfect just grown out and the cuticles were still not fully grown in. I really like how they shave down the cuticle. Found my new place!“

After searching on yelp in santa monica where i work and live, I luckily stumbled across The secretive nail salon, it's the best kept secret in town! I'm afraid to tell anyone they may get so busy there won't be enough time for me, but i'll share my positive experience anyway. “Mandy is by far the best nail tech in the area! I’ve been to several nail salons before, and my nails would always end up damaged — brittle, weak, and breaking easily, even with gel polish.

Since I started seeing Mandy, my nails have completely transformed. They’re strong, healthy, and my gel manicures last an entire month without chipping. She’s so detail-oriented and really takes her time to make sure your nails look perfect.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge since there are only a few spots behind the shop, but you can usually find street parking on the next street over.

“Brought in my own Dazzle Dry system which both manicurist and pedicurist used no problem and each listened & responded to my requests without attitude the way some places occasionally can be. Both were careful and attentive. Another major plus is I was able to book late Sunday—their being open later than most are was very helpful. Everyone was polite. Brought me a bottled water when thirsty. Easy parking. Bright open space, not too loud, also appreciated. Only “meh” feedback is that I paid for massage hot stone paraffin & scrub mani-pedi package and the massage was MUCH too gentle to be relaxing and I cant even recall them using the hot stone—perhaps I just wasn’t paying attention but if so it just wasn’t memorable. (I do recall seeing two stones??) That said, I could have kept asking for still firmer massage & my not noticing hot stone could also be on me. The paraffin treatment however was enjoyable and along with the foot scrub smoothed my skin nicely. All in all, and most importantly, my nails look great!!!!“
