It all started with mouse droppings on a Saturday. The HOA failed us. And who do we call. I found Wilson’s on Google Map. Tech Richard called and he stopped by to checkout our problem. He checked out our problem and he had a solution. By the way. HOA never came back. We also had Richard create heat zones for us. De-scaled our tankless water heater. Finished some vent work.
Recently, we need some work done. And a Tech named Matt did some wonderful work. We had some leaks and is working on is beautiful….

“Kris, with Landmark Plumbing, a highly, formally educated plumber, provided me with exceptional, professional, and personal customer service, a pleasant personality, prompt job completion with proper long lasting quality parts with 100% guarantee. I had four (4) plumbing issues that Kris needed to address; install a kitchen faucet and replace the mechanism in the toilet tank, a falling bathroom sink and a major/main pipe leaking under the house. This leaking pipe is the pipe that both bathrooms feed into before going out to the city’s main pipeline. A termite company found the leak. I went online to find a plumber to resolve all these problems. When I saw Landmark Plumbing Service had a high 5.0 perfect reviews compared to other plumbing companies I called them. As I recall, Kris came to the house the next day. On that day, I described my four issues to him. Kris at once replaced the mechanism in the toilet tank and installed the new kitchen faucet I had. Before he replaced the faucet, he noticed that my water pressure was excessively high coming from the city main water system. Kris recommended and authorized the installation of a pressure regulating system. The pressure regulating system guaranteed the work Kris performed in the house, and I realized a much improved, cost saving flow with all water related appliances.
Kris went under the house and took pictures of the leaking pipe.
He went into the bathroom vanity and took pictures of the falling sink. He explained in plain language what the problems were and what is needed to efficiently correct the problems. From my house Kris transferred the pictures with his voicemail instructions to his drywall and painter subcontractor. Kris would then replace the piping. Kris’s solution for the falling sink was to replace it with a drop-in sink. He sent the picture and the measurement of the sink opening to his research person to find the right drop-in sink. This saved me from having to buy a costly new vanity. Kris and the subcontractor completed fixing my four (4) plumbing issues within less than one week’s time to my complete satisfaction. Kris and Nick kept continuous contact with me.“

Most good subcontractors are very busy these days and this situation was no exception. “Our 15 year old radiant water and home water heater recently started leaking. We contacted Peninsula Hydronics/Plumbing since we recognized their trucks in Carmel on many occasions. Our first contact was on a Thursday with Lisa, Office Manager, who got us promptly scheduled same day without an emergency service rate. Radiant Heating Technician Phillip came out and triaged the problem that the heater was definitely at the end of its service life.
