Let me be completely clear: the lady who works here does not care if you live or die. I took my wedding dress to her for alterations and the attitude was not the friendliest. I left feeling very anxious about my wedding dress.BUT, you know what? The alterations turned out fabulous. I’m sorry, but with the quality of work she provided and cost she charged me, she can feel free to curse me out next time I come to her for business. The alterations I wanted were exactly on point with what I envisioned, and for that I can tolerate blatant disrespect.5/5 for outstanding alterations, cost, and quick turnaround!!

Joe and his pal did a great job cleaning my Tesla and I couldn't be happier with the results! They were super friendly and professional, and they really took the time to make sure everything was perfect.Inside, they cleaned every little nook and cranny. My seats and carpet look and feel great, and the whole car smells fresh and clean.The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone looking to get their car cleaned!

I had been going to the same vet for years until I found PG animal hospital. I love Dr. Kaplan-Dau who sees my cat. She runs the business well and her staff have all been there a long time. They have fair pricing and packages for vaccines, etc. I can often get my cat in quickly when needed.I also love that I have been able to board my cat when out of town knowing they took great care of her.

There are 3 stylists in this salon. I went to Erin and was very pleased with the attention and the color process. She is also a curl specialist so I the next time I go to her, I'm letting her make my curls great! This time, I had it blown out.

I had a great experience at Prim! I was in town for a few days and just couldn't stand my hair anymore. I'd renently damaged it using henna. My regular stylist had told me nothing could be done. Victoria (at Prim) noticed the "green" cast to my hair right away and gave me a great cut and let me know that a Brazilian Blowout would help repair my hair and take out some of the green. She even generously offered to come in early the next day to do the treatment since I had limited time in town. Overall a great experience - they reallly went the extra mile to help me when I needed it!

Stylist: Happened to be in the area for a special occasion, in need of a quick trim and style. Searched the area for an affordable solution, when Great Clips populated into the search engine, as one of the top choices for haircutting needs.
Found my way to the store this morning and was immediately greeted by hairstylist Sharon, who was happy to fit me in last minute.
Sharon was very hospitable and attentive, while I explained the type of hairstyle that I was in need of. Sharon knew exactly what I was looking for and went right to it. I could tell right away, that she was very knowledgeable in the business and that I would get exactly the hairstyle that I asked for.
Thank you Sharon, for such a wonderful experience! You made my visit very satisfying and I will definitely return, should I be in the area and in need of your hairstyling services, in the future!
Craig is the best. I used to go here, back when Fred owned this shop, and Craig's done a phenomenal job taking over what Fred started. It's a really good hang and the cut has always been right on point. I'd never had a haircut that the misses complimented me on but every time I get lined up here, she's always saying how great my cut looks. You need to plan ahead, because he's a one man show, and the fact he's generally booked a week out tells you how other feel.
A true barbering experience. A town square where only the most important topics see the light of day. Can't be trusted if you get your haircut somewhere else. No appointments, just walk-in and get a real haircut.

OMG!!!! Finally found my forever nail technician! Frankie is amazing! His acrylic application is competition level. Coming from a former nail tech of 16 years. Friendly, personable and no lifting! I’m including a photo of my nails a few days after they were done with no cuticle oil added. ( nail art was done by me) when you add cuticle oil it hides imperfections that appear a day later after leaving g the salon. You can see the acrylic is “perfectly” applied at the cuticle. Same service every time! I just can’t say enough! Thank you, Frankie! I love my nails. Please never retire! PS: Note the name change on the business. It is now Lighthouse Nails.
I’ve been going to Tammy for 18yrs and every time, she has done a wonderful job! Clean facility, clean tools for acrylic/mani/pedi. Awesome pedi massage chairs! Note: if you’re looking for fancy nail art or the most modern techniques in nail art, sadly they don’t do it here. But, I’ve been pleased with the current gel polishes they carry! Under new ownership. This review is specifically for a woman working there named KATIE. I've been getting my nails done by her for a few months now and I finally found someone who does a great job. She is very gentle on my cuticles, meticulous about shaping. I usually like a French tip but we've done fun designs too and she does great every time.
I do wish the owners would freshen up their color selections. There should at least be some new options each season or holiday.
Mida has done my color and cuts for several years. She does a great job; always knows how to subtly change my color just right if I ask (sometimes I stay the course, sometimes I like to change it up a little). She's a great listener and also always has solid input - I trust her completely. Mida and Miranda have created a wonderful salon and it's always a pleasure to visit-
Stylist: I’ve been wanting to post this Amadeus salon owned and operated by my favorite hair stylist Suey. She is amazing! I always feel good and happy with my hair after I leave her salon. My hair is a bit of a challenge because it’s coarse and dry. Suey, does wonders for my hair. She always has great suggestions to help keep my hair looking healthy and stylish. Her suggestions for using products she knows have been very helpful.
I always have a good feeling and feel relaxed in her salon. Very grateful and fortunate I am to have Suey as my hairstylist.
I definitely recommend Margo for lashes! I used to live in Vegas and had my lashes done so many different times by different people and was often bummed I spent the money because they’d fall off pretty quickly. I feel I have enough experience to say that Margo does beautiful work, and THEY LAST! I get compliments on how natural they look too; and they were balanced and nice looking right up to my 3 week fill. Not to mention Margo is so sweet and her space relaxing. I started with just a lift and tint for my first session, which she did great too! 5 stars for Margo!!

I have been going to Tasha to get my lashes done for the past 3 years and she is absolutely amazing. She really gets to know her clients well, you never have to repeat what you want because she just remembers your preferences, and she is so accommodating. I have been to a few other lash artists in the area only when she is out of town, and I can still confidently say no one does them like Tasha does! Excellent services and she is so sweet! Tasha is truly a gem in the peninsula!

Recently had a wedding to go to and my skin wasn't looking the greatest and was feeling a little self conscious. I searched around for somewhere to get a treatment done before the event. Much to my surprise I called Kim and explained to her what was going on and much to my surprise she booked me on short notice and got me in. She recommended the facial treatment and we went with that. The before and after was absolutely amazing. I left feeling refreshed, reinvigorated and my skin looked and felt absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of skin services or other treatment. Fast, friendly, amazing service and care.

I am so happy I found this place. My appointment was last minute, as in the day of! (I got horribly sunburnt and my skin began peeling, I needed help asap!) The man I spoke to at the front desk was so patient with me and helped me pick the right services to not only relax me but get rid of the dead skin that had plagued my body. It's the cutest little spa! The outside is so welcoming and peaceful. There's a little garden area where you wait for a minute before someone greets you and gets you checked in. I was with C. Jay and he was so amazing! Not only was I in heaven my entire service he also was able to make me feel 100% comfortable at his table. I had two services done. The Deep Sea Ritual and Amara Radiance Facial. C.Jay did my body treatment and was super nice the entire time (I couldn't help but doze off a few times during my treatment lol.) Sherri did the facial and she was just as incredible! Both treatments had me feeling renewed and like I was glowing! I was also able to add on the hot oil scalp treatment and wonderful lip treatment! By the time I left, I swear I felt like a brand new person! I can't wait to make my next appointment and hopefully bring my mom with me next time.
Hare Construction sent Chris to my home to assess problems in two areas related to water damage. He thoroughly explained his assessment throughout his examination, patiently answered my questions, and advised me about possible remedies needed. His courtesy and obvious knowledge (born of considerable experience I learned) were much appreciated. No doubt he is a reflection of Hare Construction' s staff and professionalism. Thank you, Chris and Hare Construction! I would certainly call Hare again if its services are needed. "Hats off" to such people with such skills: they provide clients with peace of mind.

We had the best experience working with Paul Murrer of Murrer Construction, Pacific Grove. He was kind, patient plus he and his office manager/wife both actually cared. His work and those he uses as subcontractors were excellent. We shared our budget with him and had a major remodel (kitchen, dinning room, fireplace and bedroom suite) and couldn't be happier with our \"new\" home. We couldn't have asked for better customer service, expertise, safety and cost/budget. 5 stars for sure. We highly recommend.

Superb chiropractor. I have a broken back, pelvis, shoulders, hands & wrists. My jaw, hips, shoulders, & feet out of line. Mr.Jarvis gently yet firmly realigned me just right. He explained ways to keep aligned. My body & I are very happy & thankful to be corrected by Mr. Jarvis. I'm a 51 year old woman whose pain in all areas was relieved. I was & am astonished. I will return to Mr. Jarvis. After 4ish months I feel a little discomfort in my shoulders nothing like the pain before. I will drive the 2 hours from Berkeley to see him. Along with my friend & her 3 kids & 5 dogs who love his work. He is very knowledgeable, listens & cares. Secretary is very helpful. Nice, safe & clean office. Easy parking. There's a beach close by also.

I moved back to Pacific Grove after many years away and when I had a bad fall, I consulted Dr. Nilmeier. Just as she had done on many of my earlier visits, she quickly assessed and treated me, and I was much better immediately. Compassionate, skilled and with more than forty years of experience, I highly recommend her to anyone who needs healing.
Cottage vet is amazing! There isn’t enough words that can explain how much I appreciate them for being so patient with my three pups. All the vets are so compassionate and they truly care about your fur babies. I always recommend them to my family and friends.
Dr. Sheryl and Dr. Cowan are both incredible vets. We have been to other vets in the area and no one compares to them. They’re very kind very thorough. Dr. Sheryl caught some thing in my dog that had been missed by a previous exam with a different vet. I so appreciate, her expertise and she and Dr. Cohen both have amazing bedside manner. This is also a practice that has lot of integrity. They are more than fair and their pricing. We love them and will never go anyplace.
