Best hair cut beard trim in the business. If you’re ever in Pacific Grove look Phil up. His shop is right on Lighthouse Ave. Great guy, will remember everything about you except your name. lol

I waited until Day 18 for a proper American barber experience on my California road trip.....and it was worth the wait. Top Barber and namesake Phill in Monterey. Fine haircut (not too crazy), friendly chat and a decent price. All dressed up in the American flag in a traditional barber shop made the dream come true.....thanks Phill from Phil

This place was awesome!!! I was here on a business trip and had a hair emergency. I walked in and explained what was going on. All heard was “have a seat” in a calming voice. Thanks so much for a great experience and making me feel at home.Services: Haircut
