From the lady that answered the phone when I booked my appointment, to the vet techs and vets on staff, I was impressed. It was refreshing to have an animal hospital that is organized, welcoming, knowledgeable, and honest. I'm very happy I took a chance here, they now have a long term client :). “DVM’s are gentle & knowledgeable & put your pet at ease before examinations. Vet & assistant stayed on the floor with my Rocky so that Rocky did not have to be afraid by being on an exam table. Rocky needs to be muzzled before interventions & they waited patiently & introduced the muzzle & placed it gently to help Rocky remain calm. I travel 20 miles vs a closer vet because their care is very good & prices are more reasonable than vets closer to where I live.“

“Muir Oaks has been the best vet we have gone to. This is saying a lot because we have moved often and gone to at least 7 different vets in the last 6 years. They are great fantastic for veterinary care and they are amazing for boarding. My dog was extremely aggressive to most people and dogs, but here she was able to connect with the staff and feel more comfortable. They also comforted us when we unfortunately had to put her down. They gave us the kindness we needed and treated us like we really lost a family member, which we did. If I still lived in the area, I would be a lifelong client.“

“We have been bringing our pooch here for his annual exams and vaccines since we adopted him 5 years ago. They are very responsive and friendly. We have had to have some more intensive treatment too. He had a cyst that they drained and did a biopsy on. It was benign but we decided to have it removed because it kept filling up. The procedure went smoothly, they called as soon as he was awake and able to be picked up, they called us to check in on him that night and the next day. We are so happy with the treatment he receives at this veterinary hospital that come all the way from Oakland for them.“

“We took our dog here for a concerning growth after becoming disillusioned with our prior vet in Oakland. Apparently many vet practices in the area have been taken over by VCA. Once that happens, the prices go up and the service declines. Unlike our prior vet clinic, Theater View offers highly personalized and caring service. They are super/ responsive to our questions and concerns. Dr Langford took excellent care of our dog, communicated with us along the way, and involved us appropriately in decision-making. I can't say enough accolades of this wonderfully homey yet highly professional veterinary practice.“

“I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Griffin and the veterinary tech staff at SAGE Concord. We were directed by our local vet to have our 14 year old pitty looked at by a specialist for a potential spinal or neurological issue - they did such a wonderful job taking care of her and helping us to feel at ease during her treatment; options were carefully explained and questions readily answered. The documentation provided to support after care was thorough and easy to understand, and I loved that the overnight nurse caring for our pup during her hospital recovery sent us pics to show us how she was doing. For expert companion animal care, I would definitely return to SAGE and would recommend them.“

The staff and Dr.K was prepared with the forms, familiar with the vaccinations, blood tests and timelines. “MDVM always provides great and friendly service to our pets. My dog isn't always thrilled about having a visit, but she knows the drill, sits on the scale upon entering & goes happily with whichever tech comes out to get her. My most recent visit was for a vaccine, but I had a question for the doc regarding a past follow-up visit that required a visual. She took a quick peek and advised, and we were on our way without need to schedule another visit. Our pets health plan stayed on track. Thanks Dr Fan!!“

The vet said the procedure would be more complicated then he felt he could manage in his clinic and sent us to Dr Hall. Very happy with the outcome and quality of care she received. “Dr. Aparicio and staff are great. She doesn't rush through the appointment like most other vets, whether we're there with our 2 dogs for annuals or for a health issue. Sometimes we wait longer than normal but it's ok because I know she's taking the time with other patients that she gives us. I like her honesty-our dogs are our children and as dog parents we need to be reminded they have different needs than humans. She's also very knowledgeable and even helps out with zoos. I love that they will call the drug reps to ask about proper dosages for my tiny rescue and that she will pull out a book now and again to double check something like the compounds, breed, and health issues. It's reassuring that someone is making sure they didn't miss something. There's never unnecessary testing (we have insurance for our dogs so I know I'll get reimbursed) and we can always count on a thorough explanation of what's going on. We're always allowed to stay in the room to help calm them too which I love. This vet has been practicing for many years and between her and the staff you can tell by how they treat the animals. They really love them, care about what they do, and want the best for them. You can tell a LOT about people by how they treat animals. Thanks Dr. Aparicio and team CVPH!“

“I was recommended to Dr. Shelby Riddle in Benicia by my previous Vet in Fairfield. We were relocating and I trusted my former Vet. At our first appointment Dr. Riddle and I became friends. She had been my Vet for Max until he was 14 years old. He had a brain tumor and his behavior was getting frightening. She let me make the choice to let him go when I was sure it was time. When the day came she was very gentle with him (and me). Since then I have two more dogs and they are always happy to see her (as I am). Her staff is amazing and so kind. I would recommend Southampton Pet Hospital to anyone that is looking for professional, compassionate and caring Vets for their pets.“

“We have nothing but praise for the staff and the care here. We started going here for physical therapy for a 13 year old dog at Canine Rehabilitation Center. He had arthritis and was also receiving treatment for cancer at SAGE. The physical therapy work they with him made a huge difference. The cancer ended up taking him, but he had very happy, energetic and enjoyable live up until the end.

We now use Muller as our primary vet for two dogs. The vet we were using previously was bought by Thrive and the quality/availability of care became unreliable. The prices are reasonable and the staff are great.“
